fantastic meal last night. the employees were very attentive, friendly, professional and happy to tell us the recipe for one of their sauces. the starters were divine and each plate was deleted. I had a steak that was melted in the mouth and the pfefferkorn sauce was great. all the others in our party had pasta and fought to eat the generous portions, but insisted on clearing the tellers again. we were tipped by a native to try this place, and it will probably be the main reason that we are back to bridgend. go, go today if I could.
