By chance found a Tuesday evening on Toulouse, this restaurant offers refined cuisine, an effective menu, a fact-house of a to z (even the English cream on the melt). and a prize defying any competition (17€ Entrance-Plat-Dessert in the evening). ! not forget the kindness of the managers and the staff ! small open restaurant it has just a month and deserves to be discovered. the chef makes seasonal cuisine with fresh products and organic vegetables. a flat inlet formula dessert at 17 euros with a good value price. We tasted a poultry liver cake on a scent of tasty tomatoes and warm asparagus with citrus vinaigrette, then chicken thighs with small vegetables and melting apples as well as grilled gigot with purple carrots and crunchy vegetables. to finish clafoutis with pears and delicious strawberry mousse. all accompanied by a small chardonnay from the country to the height. an address to be retained.

We've been living in Toulouse for 5 months now and it was the first time my husband and I visited this restaurant. We have tried many restaurants in this carmes area (where we live) that have all been delicious but I can sincerely say that this is one of the best meals we have had! We received such a warm welcome. It was so friendly, and the menu choices seemed delicious. we ordered the samoussas to the meat to begin, which were delicious - spicy and very crispy. for the main dish, we ordered shrimp in a wonderful sauce with fresh tomatoes and coconut milk and served with perfectly cooked rice.
