Zizza Pizza - Carta

I order from here regularly, and can recommend the pizza's and the speed.of deliveries. The only let down is the past two times I have ordered the Cinnamon Dippers, the sauce has been forgotten. Disappointing!

Used this place a few times now and I've never had a bad meal I've tried their wedges for the first time tonight and they are lovely.... the pizza is beyond nice lovely and very tasty.... the customer service aswell is brill very polite on the phone and delivery time is good... so glad this place has opened

Gone from good to horrible!They seem to have substituted cheese for the tomato sauce! So bad the toppings won’t stick to the pizza when you pick it up! Not just one pizza but all four!It was a regular treat to have a takeaway from here for the kids and us, however we’ll now be going elsewhere after two consecutive tomato sauce on bread instances! I ordered a pizza and unfortunately found some mold on the tuna topping. The worst part is that I had already eaten most of the pizza. Now my stomach feels terrible. It seems that the person preparing my order either didn't notice the mold or didn't think I would notice. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant again. There are many other takeout options in Bangor that offer much higher quality food.

I ordered two lamb Donner kebab wraps for myself and my housemate and we were blown away! The wraps were perfectly toasted and grilled, the meat was juicy, the salad was fresh, and the garlic mayo and chili sauce were amazing. Despite being a bit picky after a few drinks, we both agreed that it was the perfect amount of food and incredibly delicious. The order only took between 20-30 minutes, which was impressive for a late Saturday night. Overall, we really enjoyed the service.

We wanted pizza, so we went to the restaurant ourselves to pick it up as they also offer delivery. We opted for the large pizzas (14 pounds each), one of which was a Meat Feast. The staff was very friendly and informed us that because our order was over 20 pounds, we were entitled to a free Garlic Bread and Cheese, which we chose. The pizzas were delicious and packed with our choice of toppings, well-cooked and not burnt. They also offer soft drinks in 1.5-liter bottles, which are not listed on the menu, and we preferred them over cans. Overall, a very good choice. Ver carta

Me an my partner have ordered from here since it opened last year. One maybe twice a week. Couldn 't fault anything to be fair but slowly slowly their standards have dropped and are no longer usable IMO. I ordered tonight for delivery. After an hour I rang to asked where my food was. I was told on his way sorry sorry (Sunday 9.45pm order was placed and shop dead). Another 20minutes and my phone rang errrm where are you? I 'm by lidl said the delivery driver. I told him I live nowhere near there whatsoever and had to explain (he got it on my 6th reference point) where I lived as he was confused. I order from this store regularly and have had a good experience most times. however i visited this store last night and spoke to the manager about an issue with money coming out of my account twice which has happened before and i have spoken to plenty of staff happy to help, however last night i spoke to the ‘manager’ called Nigel, who VERY rude from the minute he walked over, before he had even spoken a word I could see from his body language that he had no experience in good customer service at all! I ordered a home delivery from Zizza Pizza at 19:40 using their website it said delivery will be with you in 40 minutes (20:20) it got to 20:30 so I called Zizza Pizza to ask where my order was, they said their was no order for me even though the money had been taken out of my bank and after a few minutes they found it and said they didn 't see it and would start it and it would be about 30 minutes, after saying I wanted a refund to get a Chinese they said they would give me a 1.5 litre of pepsi as compensation so I agreed. 35/40 minutes had passed and just as I called them the driver showed up with my order and a small 380ml can of Pepsi.
