"Manager must have taken too many bookings for Mother's day, waited 1/2 hour for drinks, over an hour later we got our mains, most of order wrong, some cold. waiter waitress worked very hard trying to chase our orders but were ignored by bar staff, kitchen staff and manager. Nearly all desserts were sold out so decided not to stay any longer. Manager finally came to see us and didnt really have much of an explanation and didnt really offer any compensation, it was only when we mentioned everything that had happened he offered to take drinks off bill. Obviously management needs to be rethought."
