"This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. I was looking for an alternative to Carluccio's, which had closed down. When we arrived, they served us a small bowl of "pasta crisps" as a starter, which we later found out cost £4.95 when we received our bill. Our sharing starter, "the favourites," was decent and a good portion for the price. However, my main course, the king prawn linguine, was truly terrible. The pasta tasted bland and the red sauce did not add any flavor. The herbs on top were wilted and the prawns were not fresh. The chilli sauce was nonexistent. To satisfy my hunger, I shared some average pizza with my partner. For dessert, we won a free spin game on their napkins, but the black gateau was disappointing and not as good as supermarket-bought desserts. The service was slow but acceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning."

Very expensive for the measly portion, food tasted nice but clear lack of salmon with the salmon risotto. Very dissatisfied! Wouldn't go there again!

We went with a large group to celebrate a birthday party! The food was delicious and the staff was excellent. Our waiter, Jacob, was very friendly, attentive, and patient with our group. Thank you, Jacob!

Great place with a buzzing vibe, standard menu but well executed and very well priced. Jacob our waiter was polite, funny and very much on the ball thanks Jacob for your service and professionalism with a touch of humour.

Really nice experience today at the restaurant. Particularly by the service of our waiter Jacob who was very attentive despite being so busy, he was very thoughtful and made my daughter (who’s treat it) was feel very special! Thank you

To say we were disappointed would be an understatement! The food was dry , tasteless and overpriced. We had a pasta dish that was supposed to be “A chicken breast in a creamy white wine sauce” The sauce was in fact EXACTLY like campbells condensed soup with 3 pieces of chicken! We were also all still hungry when we came out. I don’t know how they manage to stay open. We will not be ever going again, even if it was FREE!!

The restaurant has a nice open layout. However, my meal was terrible. I ordered the seabass, which was overcooked, burnt, dry, and flavorless. On the other hand, my friend's chicken meal was delicious. The customer service was excellent, with manager Jas going above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thanks to his efforts, we left the restaurant feeling satisfied with the overall experience. A perfect 10/10 for how the situation was handled and the final outcome. Thank you, Jas.
