"Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Zizzi, staff were friendly, and the food and drink were delicious. We would happily return and recommend to others. My friend's risotto dish looked very tasty and she agreed it was delicious although one mussel did come out undercooked and the portion when compared to that of the pasta and pizza dishes was underwhelming so I would suggest larger portions on these dishes and more care to be taken when cooking sea food such as mussels. Also whilst waiting for a table we would have prefered to have been able to sit at the bar with a drink whilst waiting for our table instead of in the door but we were seated promptly so this is more of a suggestion than an issue."

very loud, very cramped and felt like an almost food restaurant. service was very good, but eating was best in average, pasta over boiled and sauce tasted like something from a glass of tesco. the personal was friendly.

Have been here before in the past for my wedding anniversary, and decided to come here for my wife’s birthday as well as we both enjoyed it last time! All I can say is ‘Same again please!’ Great Food, Good Service!! Will definitely be back at some point! WELL DONE TO ALL THAT SERVED US :

When we arrived at the restaurant, no one acknowledged us, even though two employees walked past. After standing there for about five minutes, someone finally approached us, but they initially couldn't find our booking. I showed them my email confirmation, and they eventually managed to seat us at a table in the back, which was noisy and located near the kitchen. No apologies were offered. The service was quite slow; no one even asked if we wanted drinks, and we had to request just about everything we needed. The food was decent, but the overall experience left us disappointed.
