"I’ve never been to a Zizzi before and this was an amazing dining experience. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Instead of waiting for me to tell them I have a dairy allergy, the server asked us as he was seating us. The menu has a bigger selection of vegan options than other Italian restaurants I’ve been to. The rainbow lasagna was delicious and the vegan cake was hands down the best vegan cake I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough and I would give them 5 stars all round. I was so impressed I sent a message to head office telling them how brilliant this dining experience was."

Visited at the weekend and were served by a great server, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. All food was tasty and arrived as expected. We visit Zizzi a lot and this one is very consistent and the restaurant is a nice place to enjoy dinner. Ver carta

We arrived for lunch and wondered why the restaurant was empty on a busy Sunday lunchtime. We were kept waiting for a long time before we were acknowledged. We were then told they had no pizza dough so no pizzas were available!! We left immediately as this seemed so strange! A supposedly authentic Italian restaurant unable to serve pizza, unbelievable!!

We stumbled upon the recently renovated Zizzi on reopening day. Bless them, they were having a few issues with workmen and the kitchen. My first choice meal was not available. We waited a fair time but not excessively. We were practically the only diners. The meals were excellent and the staff were so attentive. They didn’t charge us anything by way of an apology. We would have been happy to pay. I cannot fault the staff. Highly recommended.
