"I had low expectations when I decided to book a last-minute Mother’s Day meal at Zizzi’s. With my dad recently passing away, I wanted to take my mum out for a change of scenery. Despite not having our reservation, we were seated at a dirty table. The seafood platter was disappointing, as it was oily and soggy. Our main courses were hit and miss, with my salmon being dry and tasteless. The service was slow and the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. The restaurant itself was dirty and unkempt. Overall, I was hoping for a clean and friendly experience but left feeling disappointed and out of pocket. £105 for 3 people was not worth it."

Zizzi is always amazing such a good vegan and gluten free menu. Delicious pizza and a divine dessert. My husband loved his meal, too. Great service. Lovely evening.

My favourite chain as a vegan and Zizzi Tunbridge Wells did not fail to live up to expectations. Great food, nice atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. If you are a vegan, check out their vegan menu, although they were also happy to veganise their 'special ' pizza.

zizzi has uploaded the game for vegetarian hurra! more vegetarian vegan items on the menu and the pesto and parmesan cheese were replaced by vegetarian options. waitress and cook very happy and patient to share information. only on the bottom was that it was very quiet and little atmosphere on Thursday at 5.15 o'clock, but that is more about the time we ate than the restaurant.

I made a reservation through OpenTable and received confirmation. When I arrived at Zizzi, I was told that there was no booking under my name. After showing my confirmation, I was told that OpenTable had not sent the reservation to the restaurant yet. I was not pleased with this and had to leave. Be cautious and I recommend calling the restaurant to confirm your reservation if booking through OpenTable.
