"We had booked knowing Saturday night would be busy,we got there in plenty of time and they couldnt even be bothered to take our name the person just said go to the bar you have to wait. So we arrived at 19:15 for 19:30 meal and after a lot of badgering the owner and others we were shown to our table at 20:25. So booking waist of time as they just cram in as many as possible. Food was OK but better italian ones around that believe in customer service"
