"Here you should definitely make a holiday. The surroundings are pointed, the hotel is so beautifully decorated in Vogtland, lots of wood, with lots of love! Here there is a private pool, you can relax so wonderfully. Local food here is lonely tip. They were always fed to our Hotel Alpenhof. The owners, family Fickelscherer are very warm and accommodating. You could express any wish. Yesterday we were able to experience Sven Fickelscherer at the Alphorn. Great! "Immer wieder ein Genuß sich hier Pizza zu holen. Partypizza geordert , vom Chef Überraschungsbelag machen lassen, und jedem hat geschmeckt. Und wer da meckert ,, a es kostet 2€ mehr als sonst,,, derjenige wird ja nicht zum bestellen gezwungen. Man ißt es ja nicht täglich . Auch die Gastroleute haben am Ende des Monats ihre Miete zu zahlen. Weiter so Service: Take out"

"For us definitely not recommended. Almost 45 minutes waiting for us to order a drink. We've been seen, but not a good day or something, we've run past us. Only when the waiter was looked at by the father, they had asked what to do for us. That's what the waitress said. Drinks and food ordered went flott. Waitress apologised for having a lot to do, but others were also served. The food, we wouldn't go there again. The waitress was nice. Despite everything, service is different. After we were so recommended, we were really disappointed. Never again."

"a small group of travel (22 people will appear, as before, with the bus to the cozy lunch table in the mountain inn “Heiterer Blick” in brandneukirchen upper mountain. in the klingenthaler waldhotel „Vogtlang“ I had really slept well, sattly breakfasted me and was not really hungry as always with best laune after our visit to the Hüttel ́s music factory exhibition. I was still looking forward to a vogtland lunch. the mountain guesthouse „Heiterer Blick“ at the upper mountain looks good from outside, despite rain. we are almost beaten by carvings and musical instruments, great furnishings. now only has to taste the food and the service is correct. we sit down and the menus are distributed. then we are going to do the soaking order, and it's going on. it takes and takes. the map in local dialect with “German translation” leaves the palate dripping. a question is, what do I take? we leave time and then we walk to the second one, the order. then it takes time and takes and takes. the dishes come and ... they taste delicious. but our waiter (restaurantfachmann? reacts with two critical questions irritated, a drop of wrath for me. I just found his reaction unprofessional, pity. for me, the “Heitere Blick” was unfortunately slightly distorted, so there are only 3 stars here. I want to mention one thing, even if I didn't use it, you can sleep here too, with a stay-dependent discount."
