Very nice hotel with nice rooms and a very tasty breakfast buffet with attentive service in a great location! The dinner tasted very good and freshly cooked. Grundsätzlich ist alles sehr gut was auf der Karte steht. Leider ist eine absolute topSpeise von Herrn Sattler nicht immer auf der Karte. Die Vorspeise Lachstartar mitRöstiküchlein. Muss man gegessen haben. Auch die Wildangebote sind zu empfehlen.Wie schon andere Bewerter angegeben haben, wird alles frisch zubereitet. Daher muss man für ein gewisses Zeitfenster bei vollem Hause Verständnis haben. Dafür wird man aber mit einem guten Essen ohne Showtime zu einem guten Preis ver-wohnt, der für die Gegend in leicht höherem Rahmen liegt.Es soll keine Kritik sein sondern ein Hinweis.
