"Went for a quick dinner before catching train back to Frankfurt. Drinks came quickly, as did the appetizers. Main course unfortunately took excessively long missed our original train back to city. I ordered spaghetti carbonara which seemed to have sat under the heating element longer...than you would expect, egg was “cooked” slightly not the creamy sauce you expect from carbonara. My son-in-law’s salmon was well done. Daughter’s plate of carpaccio was inviting. My husband ordered salad that the dressing was liberally poured over vegetables. Their debit machine was not functioning, thank goodness we were able to scrap the funds between the of us to pay bill. Questioned the waiter on why they did not advise when we entered and response was that there is no signage suggesting they accept debit or credit cards so it was our problem. Interesting approach to customer service. Don’t expect to return."

"we came only for a glass wee (preferably not vegan), as I discovered their vegan options. the sitting area in the open is very nice and also the interior of the restaurant. the meal times have a high price. I was very surprised at the food quality. I did not expect that in the tourist center of rüdesheim, where they have different customers from all over the world every day. also the region is in the rule not famous for many vegan possibilities. one of the best vegan burgers of all time."

"The food was more than abundant, the price-performance ratio is absolutely good. Operation very friendly and attentive. I was here for the second time and would go more often if I hadn't gone. I had a carving Viennese art with pommes and salad. Ketchup and Mayonnaise I received immediately upon request u it was not calculated extra for me. The pommes were very tasty u seemed to be made themselves. With my photos, everyone can take a picture of it. Tastefully it was very good. In the background quiet music ran, it is definitely what is right for everyone. I didn't pick up the toilet, so I can't judge."

"We've been at Villa Weil for years! For us there is no other restaurant in Rüdesheim. It just fits everything! We would best be forgiven for a family of 10 stars. Even with spontaneous visits, you will not be sent away on holidays. The food is super delicious, especially the pizza (with distance the best that there is), the whole team very nice and friendly. The portions are big and no matter what you order, nothing is saved. We can only recommend the restaurant and the guarantee: Whoever was there will only go there."

"This restaurant was recommended by the front desk clerk at the Hotel Romerhof just about a hundred yards or less away, but I avoided going to it for several nights because I was in Germany and wanted German food. In my final night after I finished packing for my return trip I didn't want to wander too much looking for a meal, so I decided to finally give this place a try. I hadn't even looked at the menu posted outside because from all appearances it was an Italian restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they still offered many German dishes at moderate prices. I had a wonderful ziguenerschnitzel with bratkartoffeln (schnitzel covered with sweet peppers/onions and fried potatoes) and a couple of glasses of a very tasty spatlese (a moderately sweet German white wine). The service was good and the food was as good as any I had in the other places I had eaten which served German food only. The portions were huge and I found myself wishing I had tried it sooner. If/when I return to the Bingen area, I will definitely revisit this establishment."
