"Called here while staying at South End Caravan Park, had read all the hype and thought it was worth a try. Shop was empty when we arrived, lots of staff all busy preparing orders for delivery. Options of cod or haddock, but cod had to be ordered or waited for, with a hungry granddaughter we chose the haddock. Very big fish in a fairly thin batter. Fish was lovely, chips were good and the peas were good too. Often peas are simply an afterthought, either tinned or a peculiar fluorescent colour. Will have to try the cod. A very large menu with kebabs and pizza too."
