"I had seen the frieswerk in köln, but there it was so crowded on the afternoon that I would rather miss a visit .I wanted to catch up in düsseldorf now.Lecker pommes, kross,heisst and kartoffelgratin tasting wow ? that was the presentation. there are 3 different pommes,from normal kartoffel thick,which then also comes as a garlic pommes and sweet potato pommes. Then there are still variouscomplett dishes with chile or champignon sauce or avocadopüre .that sounds good to you pommes with the dipl are tasty, but the dishes I found to you. that's just not my ding."

"I am a huge fan of Indian food and have eaten in several locations as well as in the homes of my Indian freinds. I am not an expert of each individual region but deffinately know that good Indian soul food is a delightful experience....This was deffinately not the case. Poppadoms served with souces which quickly ran out, the norm is at least souces with being the magical number. My lamb spiess looked like it had come from a processed fast food chain and tasted like it served on a sorry bed of onions and lettuce. My freinds vegan dish was also a sad excuse not to mention the lack of service."

"Nette, kleine Pizzeria zentral gelegen. Preisleistung war vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich hatte eine schöne dünne Steinofenpizza, gut belegt und schmackhaft. Frische Zutaten, nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Als Appetizer gab es ein Schälchen Oliven, auch nicht Alltäglich! Die Einrichtung ist einfach und altbacken, aber zweckmäßig. Bei einigen Tischen sitzt man etwas eng. Die Speisen (auch Pastagerichte uvm) gibt es natürlich auch zum mitnehmen. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert. Werde ich nochmal besuchen."

"Ich war heute mit meinem Freund hier essen. Habe die Spätzle bestellt. Leider war mein Gericht von der Qualität schlecht und geschmacklos. Die Nudeln waren wirklich sehr fad. Oke, kann passieren! Allerdings fand ich schon ziemlich ärgerlich, dass man uns nicht in irgendeiner Art und Weise entgegengekommen ist. Es wurde nur mit einem lächeln vom Kellner kommentiert, dass er es der Küche weitergeben wird. Ich wurde nicht mal gefragt ob ich vielleicht stattdessen was anderes essen möchte und top wurden die Spätzle noch mit vollem Preis berechnet. War auf jedenfall, das Erste und letzte Mal das wir hier waren. Schade !"

"Food-wise, this is one of my favourite restaurants in Dusseldorf. It is so unique, flavourful and one has a myriad of options to choose from without it being too overwhelming. The list of cocktails is also superb, I highly recommend the Classic Mai Tai where...they light the sugar cube on fire. I have never seen that before and it made my experience more of a delight. For starters my husband and I ordered the Luang Prabang Vegetarian Plate for 2 for 13.50. Though what was on the plate was yum, it definitely is not value for money. I think it is better to order to entrees instead of this. The rolls wrapped in rice paper were flavourless and dry. The tempura type bites were good, though a tad oily. For our mains we ordered the Lab with fish and sticky rice, which is Laos’ national dish. It was soooo yummy and flavourful. I would come back for this meal. And definitely recommend it. I would also recommend our other dish, Mock with tofu. It was also delightful, though more on the spicy side, which I didn’t mind because it gave the meal a bit of a kick. Now, I would normally give this place five stars but have to go with a four because of the service. They are friendly and hardworking, no doubt, but how they handle cases that aren’t so straightforward could be improved. The owner is fantastic and deals with the problem head on and for that I am thankful. My husband and I came here the evening before Valentine’s Day and were so looking forward to it. Unfortunately upon arrival, the staff informed us that we had no booking, despite the fact that my husband could prove it. The young waiter seemed apologetic but also not bothered to deal with it so he said sorry, but you have to leave. That was unacceptable because there would be no way that we could eat elsewhere because it was a Saturday evening and we had no desire to walk from restaurant to restaurant in the rain hoping for a table. We waited a little while and luckily a table became free and we were able to eat there for one and half hours until the next reservation came. That was lucky that we got that table, though not excusable because we were already there for 30 mins just waiting. What would have made it better was if he had offered a drink while the manager came or anything rather than just keeping us awkwardly in front of the bar. Anyway, when the owner came, he was very sorry and offered us two drinks on the house which I really appreciated. Not because I wanted a freebie, but because he dealt with us well and we enjoyed our time in the end. I know mistakes happen all the time and that’s ok, I really value service when the management deals with it well and leaves a good taste in the customer’s mouth. For that reason, I will definitely come back here and try more cocktails and more yummy meals."

"Location: Unfortunately there is something hidden behind the Schadowstraße. Inside is a good ambience, with my accompaniment to receive the light instead of too dark. "Ich liebe Hausmannskost, die ich seit Omma als Kind nicht mehr SO KLASSE bekommen habe, wie von Peter und dem Wolf hier. Leib-,Magen- und Fürstengericht hier ist der Düsseldorfer Senfrostbraten. Den gibt es einfach sonst nirgendwo so gut. Bedienung ist top, Essen auch und ich liebe die schmauchige, urwüchsige Atmosphäre aus altem Düsseldorfer Wirtshausfeeling, Geruch nach Bierdeckeln und Duft nach dunkler Bratensauce. Shape of serving plate is such that you can not take enough on plate from the buffet like setting. And you can fill...only once. You need to pay separately for drinks and soup. However, quality of food is good. It has very limited indoor seating capacity...most of sitting is bench like arrangement without any back hand rest...it may not be comfortable for all.y Recommended only if you are craving for vegetarian variety and ready to pay in cash on an avg of 14 EUR per person."

"We stayed at the Sleep Inn in Dusseldorf, in the heart of Little Istanbul. We found a highly recommended restaurant only steps away from our hotel. We started out with Hummus and store-baked Lavash bread, and it was the perfect consistency and flavor, topped with...dome extra-virgin olive oil. Then we ordered the kebabs which were very good. We also enjoyed some special white wi,e from the Black Sea region which complemented the meal really well. Apparently, our waiter was a bit enamored with my daughter. When she went to the ladies room, the waiter appeared seemingly out of nowhere with a Psssttt and slipped a piece of paper to my daughter saying, I like you. I wish I can meet you later with a phone# and Instagram. My daughter told me the story after we Ieft in case I didn't take it well. I thought it was inappropriate and unprofessional. You should be able to take your family out to dinner without the fear of waiters hitting on your daughter, for heaven's sake! Nevertheless, she said he was a harmless kid and asked me not to go back and conplain to the owner, who I'm sure would have really flipped out. I still reconmend the restaurant but if you have a daughter, keep your eyes on the waiters!"

"Absolut himmlisch haben wir hier in Düsseldorf paar Meter vom Rhein gespeist. Die Bedienungen waren super freundlich und das Essen ein Gedicht !!! Ich hatte das Argentinische Entrecòte mit frischen Pfifferlingen und Kartoffeln, meiner Schwiegermutter wurde eine Frische Dorade gereicht die ebenfalls lecker war. Die Preise sind moderat und mehr als gerechtfertigt. Mann sitzt draußen auf Bänken und kann bei einem kalten Alt tolle Speisen verzehren. Sie sollten hier einen Abstecher machen sie werden nicht enttäuscht das garantiere ich ihnen!! Guten Appetit !!!"

"Not only is this place about five feet away from my crib but it serves up some of the best wonton soup I 've had in a long time. And that 's from someone who lived in Beijing. Staff was friendly and the OG cooks slinging the woks were busy for a Monday. Service was great and the place super clean. When you see other Chinese people eating at a Chinese restaurant you should already know that the place rocks out with their woks out. I 'd give it 6 stars if I could. Not a place for Valentine 's Day but I can see myself here for Christmas dinner when everything else is closed. Come get some, tell 'em ' José sent ya ' peace out bean sprout!!"

"BullHut Barbecue ist ein solider Burgerladen. Geschmacklich okay, wobei die Portionen jedoch im Verhältnis zum Preis etwas größer ausfallen könnten. Wir hatten einen Cheeseburger sowie einen BBQ-Pulled-Pork-Burger. Für 13,50€ hätte ich mir etwas mehr Pulled-Pork auf dem Burger gewünscht. Die Pommes waren sehr lecker, aber auch hier wären mehr wünschenswert gewesen.Sehr nette Idee des Restaurants sind die hauseigenen Saucen. (siehe Bild) Mit den verschiedenen Arten bietet dies eine leckere und abwechslungsreiche Ergänzung zu Steak oder Pommes. Mit der Lage ist der Laden gut zu erreichen und als Pause oder Abschluss nach einem Shoppingtag gut einplanbar."
