"Wir haben hier Essen bestellt und im Hotel gegessen. Es hat gut geschmeckt, die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach etwas hoch, vor allem für Sushi. Qualität ist ganz gut, hier könnte man für die Preise sogar noch einen Gang hochschalten."

"This was my fifth visit. Enough to have an informed opinion. The eating scene in Epalinges has been ok but lacking in certain quality. The gap is finally filled. This is a quality restaurant, in terms of service, ambiance and above all having a great chef. I have only tried the à la carte, which is slight more expensive than other local restaurants but way superior in terms of quality. There is a special very affordable lunch menu that I have not yet tried. Big terrace which is nice in the summer (but no view and next to Route de Berne unfortunately). Very nice interior … just renovated and a small hotel attached. But the real value proposition is the quality of the food. One step above the rest in Epalinges"

"The server was upset that we wanted to have a drink at the terrace, so he was very rude. And unwelcoming. We than ordered 5 a peril spritz, which were completely flat. "The place is small, a tiny room with few tables. Park your car beside the restaurant. And do not hesitate to cross the door! The guest is charming and welcoming. Then come the food. Starters and main course are really fine, well tuned and deserve...a Michelin star. It's creative, soft, and elegant. I got wild schrimps with asparagus, then The signature meal: pigeon with a pasta rizotto, so smooth and balanced! Then as main course I got st jacques. Prices at really reasonable! My son got a chateaubriand tasty, smooth and tender, as butter! Book a table soon, and fast!"
