"we met friends last night who had traveled all the way from bournemouth to visit and have a delightful night. Thankfully our group was a good company, our experience was far from it. we ran a little late, so when we arrived, we were shocked to find our friends who had waited for more minutes from the order for drinks! when we ordered ours, it wasn't faster. then we added our choice to order and expected our meal. I admit we would have heard that the service was shocked, but the quality of the foods that were created for him had been told. oh young, how wrong was that? When the meal finally came, they were shocking. the pizzas were in order, but everything else. yes, my friend ordered the bolognese, but asked rigatoni to replace the spaghetti. he had said it was okay, but at the arrival it was strozzapeti. we asked for spicy and parmesan and waited and waited. Finally we were brought salt, but my friend had to leave the table and get the pfeffer himself. when the parmesan arrived, it was in the form of the manager who leaned over us to grate it on stone cold meal times. a reef short nativity was ordered that was unusable. I had not recognized by short, it meant that the amount of meat was short in the amount. what was there was burned and dried up to the consistency of jerky. see attached photo. my lasagne arrived minutes after any other meal, after remembrance it lacked sauce bubbling away and the lower layer burned on the basis of the plate. I admit that it was on the house, but serving another food is not acceptable. the desserts came. the tiramasu was dry, sat on the chocolate sauce that glued it to the plate. the chocolate melt didn't do better. it would be better than chocolate splodge. the service was worse than we said. the meal went over the top of our heads to be handed over to the other side of the table, the manager tried to delete the table, although a friend still eat. continuous doing and eye-rolling when the problems were shown. the damentoiletten had not loo roll, the hand dryer from order and no ersatz towel. obviously not safe for customers! Yes, we got discounted, but this evaluation is to warn others about our experience and, probably pointless, hope that the management read it this and invest in training and time to solve these problems. I guess stratford is a lively environment, my son has worked both as a cook and management in the hospitality in the city for almost years, so I understand the stress of the city."

"my friends and I visited byron late on a Friday night. this was my first time at a byron, so a quick scan of the menu outside gave me a lot of vegan options with a whole section dedicated to their plant-based options. it must be pointed out that they are cooked on the same grill as other foods when it is used. I went for a vegan double bacon cheeseburger. since I was hungry and intrigued by her eating, I also asked for a piece of her vegan chicken on the side. it was our server, jordan 's, the second day of training and he was fantastic to check, he had understood our order and our meal exactly right. he had already shared the bill for us, depending on what each of us had. this was so useful, as some of us needed their beds and wanted to leave immediately after eating. the burger was moist with the mediation. the American cheese is beautiful. besides the meals of my Carnivore friend, you would not be able to choose the plant-based burger. the chicken was the best I had. how byron her coating is how kfc should do her vegan burger. it is bubbly, crisp and full of taste. it is not in the style of kfc so that the aromen do not fit, but the texture is amazing. friends were an optional extra. burgers do not come automatically with them, so I was glad that I didn't order one like these two items, along with a vegan salted caramel milkshake, were filled! I had such a good experience at Byron that I wish they had one in east sussex. I think bluewater is my closest. if they want a posh vegan burger king, they cannot go wrong with byron. a return with my family is safe on the cards? P.S I just found the calorie for my meal by downloading the Allergen menu. I wish I hadn't looked. I think my meal was over 2000kcals! whoops!"
