"the entrance door does not seem to be inviting. also all the pictures of eating at the door make me suspect only one bite. inside but already the attempt to be a restaurant (beautiful wall color, matching pictures, all tables with tablecloth and fresh flower etc.) but yet I would call it maximum as bistro.Mir was said that it is always very full at noon and so it was also on a Wednesday (03.05.). the weather unfortunately not good, so you could only sit inside. here find approx. 30 people square. In between, almost everyone was occupied and a young man in the service tried to get rid of the situation. Although there are also table sets on the table ceilings, they were unfortunately not exchanged.Leider has taken it a long time to order. the waiting period was longer until you could pay after the meal.Next to the guests on site there are still many customers who use the "to go" offer. The waiting time for the food I found then completely ok, would have guessed here a little more time. a huge portion was served in a beautiful dish. to the menu there was also a sour-sharf soup or vegetarian spring rolls. My accompaniment wanted chicken with peanut sauce (6,90 €) and asked to get the chicken crispy paned. we were told that there was only one night, but then one was taken. big praise for it!In any case unbeatable and this also applies to the drinks (see photo).Shouldingly, I found the sour-sharf soup a little fad. early rolls and redcurry ok and the chicken and the peanut sauce good. at both dressed was a nice pick of vegetables, but unfortunately everything was cooked. Price/performance fits in every case and for a lunch I would go back. especially with good weather, because there is a very nice terrace. And who knows, maybe even once in the evening to try the bun bo la lot."

"the lindenwirt is an old, established German restaurant that was thrown out of the hotel nummerhof. on a november Monday for me I asked my waitress when they served rouladen, a bark dish that my Polish mother had made earlier; sadly, they did not. I used my English translator app on my phone, in connection with the waitress who knew a little English, I left myself on cordon bleu from the black (pork, not huh;) it was nicely prepared: crispy crusty on the outside without being fat, tenderly delicious on the inside with delicious melted cheese, fresh from the usually hot one. the size of the roasted kartoffels was between typical American almost food French pommes steak pommes, they were crispy on the outside pleasantly soft hot on the inside. the tangy salat was superb for me, a welcome change to many sown salads that come with meal times in the usa: finely chopped gurks that met me like fresh pickel were the star of the show, but the crushed marinated carrots, good red cabbage, romaine lettuce sealed with a vinegar/oil dressing sealed the deal. the whole meal was a joy. on the following Tuesday I returned after a walk around the city. venus, a young lady who spoke English well, was my waitress in the night, as the evening quantity had not yet appeared, she spent some time with me to check the menu while I used my German-English translator app again. when I narrowed my selection, the chef kicked out of the kitchen, recognized me from the night before, said they had rouladen, so my choice met. it was also well prepared, rather delicate, wonderfully shattered in a thick brown engraving. the accompanying salate was different than in the night before; more conventional but all sweet were fresh, crisp, tasty. service of venus the other waitress was friendly, attentive, in harmony with the warm ambiente of the restaurant. zl was a hit for me. the prices were very reasonable: less than for every meal (big portions) for every half liter of the white beer I drank, a wonderful camp in erding."

"The Therme Erding is the largest spa/therme/sauna establishment in Europe. It recently built a spectacular hotel, the Hotel Victory, connecting to it, which I reviewed a while back. You can walk to the Therme from the hotel in your bathrobe. Food in the Therme itself...is your usual spa food some OK Italian and Thai food, a culinarium' where I had a mediocre duck dish a while back. You can also get healthy' food. This time I decided to go back to my room, put my clothes back on and go to the Empire Restaurant in the Hotel Victory. You can use the buffet in the hotel in your bathrobe, but you have to wear street clothes in the Empire Restaurant. The restaurant itself looks like Taillevent in Paris looked like years ago. A high-ceilinged room, damask tablecloths, sparkling crystal. Quiet. I had an excellent foie gras as a starter, a piece of gently grilled duck liver surrounded by various tidbits of fruit and nuts not a pate, sitting on a white sauce that I liked but couldn't recognize. I had a rather good Pfalz cabernet/merlot. Second course was a rare, chop rack of lamb, perfectly done, again with delicious small bits of vegetables. I had a glass of an excellent South African pinotage. I ordered the cheese course for dessert instead of pieces of cheese from a cart they served two small warm cocottes, one with melted vacherin covered with slices of white truffles, the other with perfectly boiled small potatoes with chives. It was like a fondue, with potatoes and truffles instead of bread. This is a crazy dessert I thought. I needn't have worried. It was fabulous. And I turned down a Valrhona chocolate cake for it. The meal was Euros, each glass of wine Euros. You can hardly get out of an autobahn Movenpick for this price. I would have not complained if I had paid twice as much. I could actually imagine this as a destination restaurant, vaut le voyage, with a couple of hours in the world's greatest sauna establish thrown in as a bonus!"
