"I have eaten at this restaurant with my partner at least twice; once for Breakfast and again for the Breakfast Buffet. This restaurant is location in Koblenz-Altstadt on Marktstraße Koblenz. A few days before our visit, we made a telephone reservation. As we...arrived on Sunday, Nov before am, we were friendly greeted as we entered the restaurant and our reserved table was ready as requested; near the front windows. As we were seated the waitress came to our table, to light the candle and ask us what we wanted to drink. When asked, she explained about what was included in the Buffet and the cost of the Breakfast Buffet. In the Menu, the Sunday Breakfast Buffet is advertised but no price is posted. There is also no one-page flyer or any other explanation of what is included in the price of the Buffet; it is all verbal. So, listen and understand, the first time, because there is nothing provided for those that cannot hear on the other end of the table. In addition, I do not know if there was another price for ‘Small Guest’ or not, because it was not posted. So, if you want to know the price for children, you must ask. The appeal of a Breakfast Buffet is that it easier for the cook to prepare and faster for the customer to be served. However, the goal of any restaurant should be to ensure that each customer has a terrific eating experience and then that they tell their friends how good it was, so that the establishment receives repeat and additional business. The goal is NOT to make the experience more difficult than it should be. An explanation in the Menu or a one-page flyer would help to provide the frame work to the customers about the buffet, would make the customers dining experience much better, and the workers job easier. With a Breakfast Buffet there is low customer maintenance, while the customers help themselves. The staff must only take the orders, bring the drinks, and insure that the Breakfast Buffett line is replenished and kept clean. The Breakfast Buffet is located along left side as you enter and the counter opposite of the restaurant’s entrance. So, since there is no published information about the Breakfast Buffet, if you want to know what there is on the Breakfast Buffet it is best to walk the buffet line and look for yourself to see what is available. Also, since the Buffet is located in the main aisle, where everyone coming and going travels through, since the area is very tight, it quickly fills up and becomes hard to maneuver due to the small space. Unlike other Breakfast Buffets, the Buffet price includes some drinks: water, coffee, hot and cold milk, hot chocolate, sekt, tomato juice, and orange juice. Both the water, juices, milk, and sekt at the Buffet where served cold and the coffee, hot milk, and hot chocolate, that we ordered, were served hot, as they should be. The buffet has a large selection of food: various fresh breads, pretzels, butter, margarine, cheese slices, sliced meats, salmon, shrimp, cereals, eggs to order, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, frikadellen, various fruits, soup, etc. What I did not find was mustard or ketchup. I like mustard on my cheese and cold sliced meat sandwiches. What I liked was that the waitress asked each time before she took away any empty or semi-empty plates, as to whether one was done with their plate or not. There is nothing worse than to get a plate of food, stand up again to get your drink or something else you want at the buffet and return to find that your first plate of food plate has been taken away by the waiter/waitress. For my Breakfast, I had a pretzel, fresh bread rolls with cheese and sliced meat; scrambled eggs; sausages; frikadellen, shrimps, slice of cake, and bowl of soup. My partner had the salmon, shrimps, croissant with butter, fresh bread rolls, fruit (melon, pineapple, and kiwi), pudding, and a bowl of soup. All of the food at the Buffet was hot, semi-hot or cold, respectively, as it should be. And my order of scrambled eggs was not runny or fluid eggs but scrambled hard, as I had requested and hot enough, as I like them. At €, the Breakfast Buffet with drinks is a fair price and the portions are also fair. For most of this Restaurant the space between tables and chairs is OK, such that one does not have to disturb or push past others to get to their table. Only a few tables, such as those in the corners are not ideal for the Breakfast Buffet. Those sitting at these tables have to ask others to move, each time they wish to get something at the Buffet and it is chairs back on chair back, with no way to get through . This may cause some guests to take more food than they can eat, so they do not have to get out of their chair so often, disturbing others in their party each time. The tables are or person tables. And the tables can be push together for parties or gatherings of more than As we were there, there was one party of people. However, this is not a good place for really large groups or gatherings of more than persons. Some may say that the inside surroundings are a little old fashion looking but, I found it the decorations pleasant and while the decorations may be old fashion they were classy. I cannot remember if there was music playing in the back ground or not. There is a wall mounted TV that was turned off as we had breakfast. I am sure that the TV is used for special events, which thankfully was not during our Sunday Brunch. But the TV is available, if needed, for those special events or times. The tables are sturdy solid wood and the wooden chairs with or without arms that are nicely cushioned. The noise level inside the restaurant was somewhat loud, once the place was full. However, the high ceiling and carpeted floor keeps the noise level down so that is not terrible. The lighting inside is just right. Either natural light through the large front windows or the electric lighting in the room is fine. Whether the electric lights were near each table, on the wall and/or above on the ceiling, I had no problem seeing what I was eating with the light provided, even on this rainy day. The temperature in the room was fine. While the one heavy front door is a problem for the disabled, the door system does keep in the heat and keeps out some of the cold autumn air. The room air circulation and ventilation was also, fine. The table decorations are simple with both a salt and pepper mill, a lit candle, silverware and a decorative folded paper napkin. On the table, for each place setting there was a knife, fork, and a paper napkin. And if you need another knife, fork, napkin or a spoon, you do not have to go hunting for one, they can be found at the beginning on the Breakfast Buffet. Plates are also provided at the beginning of the Buffet line, but not throughout the line. Which means that one has to fight their way to the front of the buffet line just for a plate, silverware, etc? And bowls for the cereal are not next to the cereal but are also next to the plates at the beginning of the Breakfast Buffet. Unfortunately, there is only one place to hang coats, jackets, and hats and this is between the two dining rooms, where it is hard to see your belongings. And sometimes there is not enough space for coats, jackets, and hats for such a large restaurant. Parking is available on several side streets near the restaurant. There are some non-pay and some pay to park slots. The restrooms are in the basement. The restrooms were clean, which means the kitchen is also clean! Since I did not see anyone with their dog in the restaurant, I cannot report whether dogs are welcome or not. I do not know if they have take-out or not, so I cannot report on this either. However, normally for an ‘All you can eat” Breakfasts Buffet, one cannot take food out. Disabled: As I stated parking is available on several side streets within about a meter radius of the restaurant. While there are not steps to overcome for the disabled, there is the problem of opening the one heavy front door and entering the establishment when others are standing in the main aisle at the Breakfast Buffet. And once inside moving around in a wheelchair to and from the buffet is impossible. Plus, for those in a wheel chair it is impossible to reach all the items on the Breakfast Buffet. The restrooms are downstairs and unfortunately inaccessible for anyone disabled in a wheelchair. This Restaurant has its own Internet Site only in German. Their internet page has some useful information. E.g. restaurant opening hours; the restaurant’s address and telephone number; No Map showing its location; some pictures of the Restaurant; No an On-line Menu; the email address; but No internet contact page. While, there are only a few Breakfast Buffets in the Koblenz area, this Breakfast Buffet is above average, has a good selection of food, and accept for the slightly above average price, most likely we will be back to eat here again."

"I have been to this café with my partner twice: One time for drinks and the last visit to eat midday on Saturday, 28 May 2016. This café’s location in Koblenz makes it a favorite for those that are working, shopping, have shopped, or...for those that are just hungry and want a place to have a snack while in Koblenz. The food and the service were good. Outside the Food and Drink Menus can be found on the tables. The Menus were easy to read and understand. On the Menu they have something for vegetarians; however, I did not see any meals for lunch or dinner for the ‘Small Guest’. There is also a Cocktail Menu available on the table however; I did not find Rum Coke on the Cocktail Menu. The Menu is also posted on the wall on both sides of the entrance. The Menu on the right outside wall is posted in the corner right above a trash can and next to a table, such that it is very difficult to stand close enough to the Menu to read it without coming in contact with either the trash can or the people sitting in the nearby table. We ordered two cocktails: my partner had a Virgin Frozen Strawberry Margarita and I had a Tequila Sunrise. My Tequila Sunrise was OK. However, even though I ordered it with alcohol, my cocktail was made without. Seems the bartender made both drinks virgin drinks. Our drinks were served on top of a paper coaster, with a straw, a wooden stick with a marshmallow, and a cherry gummy bear but without a napkin. I ordered a Pizza Salami and my partner had the Pizza Tonno. We did not have to wait long for our food. Both meals were served hot and together at the same time. However, the waiter had to remove some of the plates and other items on the table, so we had room for our pizzas. I can recommend the Salami Pizza as good. Plus, the prices are fair and the portions good. We were also nicely asked twice if everything was OK with our drinks and our food, as it should be. We sat outside, where the small round tables, as a mentioned, make it difficult to put too much on the table at one time. Outside is where there are smokers; it is loud and very busy. So, this is not a place to relax with all the activity going on; people coming and going, waiters and waitresses moving around, noise from people walking by, etc. The outside table decorations are simple. The small round marble table tops have a paper bag with a candle inside (which we had to remove to have enough space for our food), and both a Menu and Drink Menu. We found our menus on the next table. Once one orders the staff brings ones silverware (a fork and knife but no spoon) and paper napkin. So, if you want a spoon, you have to ask for one or go hunting for one. The ashtray on the table was dirty. Outside tables have a marble top. Tables and chairs have sturdy metal frames and the chairs have a seat cushion. The outside space between tables and chairs is tight, such that one often must disturb or push past others to get to a table. The outside tables are either for 2 or 3 person tables. The space is very tight with three chairs. The tables cannot be put together for parties or gatherings of more people easily. So, the outside dining area is not a good place for large groups or gatherings. Based on the Internet 360° Panorama view, the inside dining areas look like better places for large groups. The outside tables are covered by big umbrellas. Watch out however, when it rains, the rain falls between the marquee and the big umbrellas and one can get wet. In addition, the outside area was dirty with paper, litter, and cigarette butts on the ground. The steps leading to the entrance were also dirty with dark spots of I hope either fat or oil stains on them. The outside walls are a dirty grey (pollution) on white stucco. Next to the main entrance was a cart with old dirty black cable all rolled into a ball on one shelf, ash trays, Menus, etc. on another shelf of the cart. Underneath the cart was a dirty Dog bowl without water. The cart just looked disorganized and messy. On the other side of the main entrance was a dirty trash can. The outside area was however ‘cordon off’ with planters to separate the walkway from the dining area. And because this café is visited by many young people that smoke, there were many smokers standing just outside, next to the entrance. Unfortunately, where smokers and nonsmokers come together there will be conflicts, so because the air circulates through the establishment and out the entrance door, this wind blows the smoke and ashes over the outside tables and ones food and drink. Very unpleasant! To get from inside to outside or vise versa there are two big door windows that they open in the summer. Unfortunately, of course to get inside through one of these door windows one must squeeze past the outside tables, chairs and people. For, those in a wheelchair it is impossible to get past this outside tables through this open door windows even though the outside pavement is even with the inside floor. Instead, the disabled must navigate over two steps through the entrance to get inside. One can also sit inside and I believe upstairs, as well. The inside looked much cleaner, better decorated, better organized, and much more pleasant than the outside. Such that the difference is like night and day. The inside decorations are of old advertising signs and modern pictures on the wall. The inside floor is wood. The tables are sturdy solid wood and some of the wooden chairs are cushioned. Since, I was not inside and could only see from outside, I cannot report on the inside lighting, the noise level, or the temperature inside the café. There is one place upstairs and one place downstairs to hang coats and hats. While the heavy front doors are surely a problem for the disabled, these doors do help to keep in the heat and keep out the cold in the winter. Parking: There is no parking lot. However, parking is available on a side street. So, one must pay to park in order to eat here. I do not know if they have take out or not, so I cannot report on this issue. I did not use the restrooms. I do not even know where the bathrooms are. So I cannot report on this either. Plus, I did not see anyone with their dog in the café; however as I mentioned they did have a dog bowl outside. Disabled: As I stated parking is available on a side street far from this Café. Access to the tables and chairs outside is not a problem. However, getting inside is a problem for the disabled. They must first mount the one or two front steps and open the heavy front door. Once inside moving around on the ground floor is no problem, but getting to the second half floor level or the 1st floor is not easy. Since, I did use the restrooms, I cannot report on their accessibility for a disabled person in a wheelchair. This Café has its own Internet Site in German. Their internet page has a lot of useful information. E.g. café locations throughout Germany, opening hours; the Café address and telephone number; a Map showing the various location; pictures of the Café; 360° Panorama of the inside and outside areas; an On line listing of food served but not the actual Menu with prices; email address; Jobs available. I do not know is this café has its own Wi Fi or not, because I did not need Wi Fi when I was there. Honestly, if we had not had a coupon, we probably would not have eaten at this Café."

"dear reader, I like to go and eat well. you could say I'm not a bar and put worth on good shapes. so, I hope a normal average person.Overall I am angry about unkindness, bad eating and numb.I can not discover anything in the "la mamma" in koblenz. In the near future, caraghetti work at least in the service apparently Italian (that is far not always so) in a mix of courty but still be reluctant to be served. nothing soaky with unappetitable sose covered something, but an honest, tasty Italian food that you can recommend. As a main dish follows a pizza "la mamma" with fried chicken fillet, spinach and garlic.Who now thinks you can't make anything wrong that is on the stone path (in Italy there is not so much wood). this pizza has a delicious floor, the sides are beautiful cross and it is neither too thick nor too thin.It is not overloaded with ingredients and lightly seasoned, keeping the individual components of the pizza their own taste. So all around.Because I also look at small things, I was particularly pleased that this cute was easy to handle and especially the knife was sharp. nothing is more frustrating than having to fiddle on his eating and then finally tear it apart. are we still neandertal? I don't think I'd like to say something about the liqueur red wine. I must confess to my shame that I no longer have the names. No I just drank a glass! This was very tasty (dry) but the remarkable he did not come out of the refrigerator. he was probably temperature-controlled and full-bodied. what have I been annoying about cold red wines last night? here not!"La mamma" in koblenz is a recommendation with a good value for money and for me an absolute surprise. bon appetit"

"The “Asia Perle” is located in the business area of Mühlheim-Kährlich – not so particularly chic, but there are so some parking spaces right in front of the door. At first a few steps are to be overcome – if you do not take the elevator – then the restaurant makes a very modern, chicly developed impression. the services are friendly and attentive. at the end of our meal we have to wait a bit – but we also sat in an extra room, not in the main room. the local was recommended to us because of the extensive buffet, and there is also - as we were described before - a great choice, at a fair price: a large selection of different Asian foods, here everyone will surely find useful. a good sort of fresh salad ingredients for self-assembled, with different dressings – ideal for me. two soups were also in offer. and a rich selection of warm dishes: roasted rice, vegetables, mushrooms, various meat and vegetable dishes, fried (chicken, seafood, fish,) with rice and various sauces. Of course, crabs. there are even kartoffels and pommes fries – but I did not eat them – there are plenty of other things in an Asian restaurant. the mongolic theke is also very large: various raw ingredients (meat and vegetables, fish, seafood,) which can be cooked and combined with sauces. also the sushi selection looked good – but I did not try it there, and to complete a variety of possibilities to get a dessert: fresh fruit, cake, ice cream, chocolate kisses, a soft ice cream machine...The rooms are typical Asian – but rather simple and modern. we sat in a little smaller next-room, there it was very quiet and cozy. everything in all: we like to come back."
