"this quite new Asian snack does not meet the somewhat reputable conceptualisation. excellent dishes, mainly Vietnamese art, freshly prepared before the eyes of the guests remind more of an upscale Asian restaurant. also the service is very friendly. my personal favorite: sot curry pan (soy-sake-curry sauce with fresh crumbles, wherekg vegetables, jasmine and meat after choice, e.g. chicken or crusty). also the reisband noodles with pikanter curry sauce is highly recommended. in combination with the very moderate price design, you can look at the simply held device with partly restrained sitting. as a To-Go variant therefore also recommended!"

"Also so was von unfreundlich. Bedienung weder 'Hallo ' noch 'Ciao ' gesagt. Der Pizzabäcker hat wenigstens noch genickt. Pizza auch nicht mehr das, was sie mal war. Noch dazu bei einer Pizza der Rand verbrannt. Preise so hoch wie in einer richtigen Pizzeria, obwohl man hier eigentlich nur abholt. Tag der vergünstigten Familienpizza gestrichen. Eine Pizza kann ja mal verbrennen oder nicht so gut gelingen, aber wenn man den Anstand nicht hat zu grüßen, dann ist dies das Allerletzte!!! Nie wieder"

"I was treated to a romantic night in this modern and beautifully decorated restaurant by the hubby and I was thrilled by the experience.The waitress greeted us with a smile and professional escort to our table.Once seated we were giving our menus and wine menu...recommendations by her and then the head chef 'Hammy came to us and gave us his daily specials and recommendations. .WOW.We were blown away by the starters of Fish Cakes and italian Sausage, so fresh and all flavours went extremely well together,we then had a bottle of house Sauvignon blanc which was excellent and followed by 2 x 250g Rib Eye Steaks and sides of green beans and steak house fries and mash ,simply mouth watering and delicious.Amazing chefs in this kitchen.You could taste the wood effect from the cooking process which I 've never experienced before.You can see they take time and love in preparation of the meats.Then we had the best lemon tart I 've ever eaten in my life and chocolate cake that oozed a soft chocolate centre.Again just outstanding quality.This restaurant is a hidden gem and should be full every night of the week.Can not wait to return again."

"also, ich kann nicht verstehen, warum manche leute für dieses lokal eine schlechte bewertung hinterlassen. ich war heute mit meiner freundin da. wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst, uns wurde ein tisch zugewiesen, und wir wurden nach weniger als fünf minuten nach unseren wünschen gefragt, obwohl das lokal schon gut gefüllt war. meine freundin hatte einen BBQ-Burger, ich einen mit blaukäse-topping und bacon. dazu je eine grosse apfelschorle und ein alkoholfreies bier. die getränke waren schnell am tisch, nach einer angemessenen zubereitungszeit kamen auch die burger. und die waren fantastisch, gut gewürzt, saftig, hübsch angerichtet. UND GROSS!!! eine riesenportion, dazu pommes. da ketchup und mayo auf dem tisch stehen, muss man auch nicht gross fragen, sondern kann sich so viel auf die pommes tun, wie man möchte. und nachdem man dann nach dem essen fast am platzen ist, so gross war die portion, muss man für diese tollen burger plus das getränk gerade mal 21 euro bezahlen. (man muss bedenken, dass man auch bei MD oder so für einen grösseren burger mit getränk schon über 12 euro zahlt). wir sind jedenfalls begeistert und werden gerne bald mal wiederkommen. und ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist das personal: obwohl sie viel zu tun hatten, waren die damen freundlich, nett, höflich und schnell. ein ganz grosses lob! VIELEN DANK!"

"Was now for the second time in Shashamane in Nuremberg and I find the food super delicious. It's just something different and a good mix of hot and mild dishes, so I find something for everyone. What was a pity was that the service unfortunately had us sit for a very long time (although we said something) without even asking if someone else wants to drink. That was about half an hour we waited for. But maybe she just had a bad day. That's why a star deducted."

"We celebrated our wedding party at La Cultura and I take it forward, it was great! With 40 people in closed society we were able to move well in the restaurant and had space for a photo box, a dance floor, dj, etc... Since it was rainy, we could only use the large terrace for photos and breaks. From the food it was only compliments by all guests, it tasted great to everyone. We had a multi-course menu with pre-selected dishes (Kalb and Zanderfilet as the main course), but some changes and special requests were still fulfilled. Adelo, the owner, has taken time to vote for us several times before the celebration, and we have been able to discuss everything in peace so that everything was prepared by the service as we wanted, partly even better! A thick praise goes to the service again. Always friendly, courteous and vigilant. The chief skeletons keep in the background and still know about all events. Overall, a very good restaurant with kitchen and service at a high level. The next celebration will be back here! Greetings Tanja Sebastian"

"we came together in the frame of a collaborative meeting to four in the rimini and ate there together to evening.After a very friendly greeting (we were all there for the first time) and the instruction of the table the drinks orders were quickly received and also delivered quickly. one of the colleagues and I ordered a smallness (bruschetta and mozzarella caprese), moreover three different pizzen were ordered as main meals and for me friged calamari (from the tubes, not the other usual rubber rings) were ordered.The appetizers were very tasty, only the brot which was added to the mozzarella was also very hot for my taste too roasted. my calamari (with pommes and mixed, fresh salad) were excellent and also the pizzas were praised by everyone. the service (provided by two young and always friendly ladies) was not to be objected, it was always immediately reacted to an empty glass and asked. this is all the more positive to evaluate, as the relatiw small was visited locally very well (dogs may be brought along by the way). there is also a beautiful outdoor area that we will visit in summer with safety.My conclusion: for smaller groups (if you want to sit in the interior) well suited, for larger groups rather not if you don't want to sit separately.Everything in all a beautiful location with great service and very good food and drink quality - always worth a recommendation!"

"I've visited this place twice, but now it seems that the third time won't be in any near future. The first time was a bit later in a Saturday evening. The place was moderately crowded, but we found a table. The only waiter who I also presume to be the owner showed some temperament, but things worked ok. The pizzas were nothing that special, but good enough. Because of the huge owen, the place was quite warm already. After paying we even got small drinks for goodbye. The second visit was about a month later in late Sunday afternoon, just after the place had opened for the day. Completely empty with a couple of reserved tables, but still the waiter had something say where we should sit. When ordering, she apologized that the pizza baker hadn't showed up for the day, so the normal cook would have to take care of them. No worries, we had time and still ordered pizzas. It turned out that some of the filling for one them was missing and a different one had to be ordered. When the food finally arrived, it was rather a shock: the bottom was way too thick and completely burned. Hungry as we were, we each ate about half of the pizza and decided that that would be enough. The atmosphere at the place had become rather unpleasent with two families with small kids and dogs sitting close-by. Felt too much of a family restaurant. We paid after waiting a rather long while and mentioned that the pizzas were too burned. No apologies, no schnaps or coffee for leaving. All in all, based on the first visit, an ok place, a bit expensive. Based on the second visit, I won't go there again any time soon."

"Es gibt nur 1 veganes Gericht leider. Der Kellner war erst verwirrt und wusste den Unterschied nicht zwischen vegetarisch und vegan. Dann kam die Köchin und hat mir gesagt, welche Speise vegan ist. Das Essen war lecker, aber nicht weltbewegend. Die Portion ordentlich. Für den schnellen Mittagstisch ok. Ich kann nicht abraten hier essen zu gehen. Mehr vegane Optionen wären schön. Ich muss auch einen Punkt abziehen, weil man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, nur mit EC. Und dabei wurde sehr gemeckert."

"if you're not very pampered. the pizzas are really huge, but they are not particularly tasty. there is no spicy and fresh crumbs everywhere. the ingredients are fresh and of good quality. the salads are good. it is my opinion to decorate a strange trend all dips with a balsamicore reduction from the tube at the tellerrand. I will never understand, because the sweet boring taste kills all the other tastes. hir unfortunately often the fall. inside it is very rustic but neatly decorated. the beer garden is small and the tables are very close to each other. actually not a beer garden but an in-house with a garage in which it doesn't look neat. the personal often brings empty bottles into the garage and the guests see this naturally. the prices are quite good for the pizzas, but the drinks prices are quite high again. Conclusion: will not become my master, but is in order."

Das Team ist herzlich und freundlich und geht gern auf Sonderwünsche ein. Fast hätte es für das Essen auch fünf Sterne gegeben, aber ich fand die Tsatsiki hätte Wumms gebraucht, sprich mehr Knoblauch. Wer es milder mag, isst hier aber richtig."

"Waren zufällig im Viertel, da es schon 14 Uhr war fragte ich im Lokal innen, ob es noch was gäbe. Das wurde bejaht und wir nahmen draussen Platz, angenehmes Ambiente. Eine Begrüßung per Handschlag fand nicht statt, die ich bei anderen griechischen Lokalen sehr wohl kenne. Leider gibt es kein Fassbier, so dass mein Wunsch nach einem kleinen Bier nicht erfüllt wurde. Der Salat war gut angemacht, Weißbrot zu meinem Meze nicht mehr frisch, vielleicht wegen Uhrzeit. Die Meze waren reichlich, allerdings auch frittiert, was ja auch satt macht. Dass ein Ouzo nicht angeboten wurde fand ich auch merkwürdig, kenne keinen Griechen in Nürnberg, der das nicht macht. Verabschiedung auch unpersönlich, müsste man zu einer anderen Uhrzeit nochmal probieren, hing vielleicht damit zusammen."

"Wir waren jetzt zum 2ten Mal im Estragon. Genau wie beim ersten Mal sind wir begeistert. Vor 2 Jahren sind wir im Urlaub zufällig dort gelandet und waren alle (4Personen/4 unterschiedliche Gerichte) sehr begeistert. Also war klar, wenn wir nochmal in Nürnberg sind müssen wir wieder hin. Der Service ist flink, freundlich und aufmerksam Das Ambiente geschmackvoll. Die Speisekarte bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Ob Fleisch, Fisch, vegetarisch oder vegan. Wir hatten beide als Vorspeise die Spargelcremesuppe. Mein Hauptgang war die Blumenkohlpaella, die war phantastisch abgeschmeckt, besser geht's nicht. Mein Mann hatte,die Rigatoni mit geräucherter Forelle, auch er war begeistert. Zum Dessert hatte er das Tartufo, das war auch sehr gut. Danke für derart gute kulinarische Momente."
