"On a recommendation we stopped for luch, arrived while staff eating, but we were profusely welcomed and tended to. English here is very limited and credit cards not accepted, be forewarned! We shared the beef tartare, flavored with lemon and mint (very subtly) scattered currants, a few blueberries and a spoonful of caviar. Sublime. I couldnt resist the idea of stuffed fresh pasta in pistaccio crema, so delicious. We didnt see any of the feral black pork on the menu, so i asked and they made up a plate of the sausage with sauteed spinach just for us. We had incredible red wine by the glass (too much driving back to giadini naxos for a bottle) connoli and cafe all for 56 euros. We are so happy we did."
