"Excellent restaurant where we eat really well. Menu from day to 19€, with a gourmet tea or coffee, from which one goes out repused and satisfied. However, for having often co-located this place, the quality of the services is decreasing and it feels when you have eaten there in recent years. Yet the chef redoubles his efforts to propose recipes based on local and seasonal products, makes himself a point of honour to realize everything himself, but the conjuncture has passed on this fabulous restaurant. Nothing to say about service, young man polite, smiling and presenting dishes. On the other hand, we had no tablecloth and had no bread. The loafers previously presented between the dishes have disappeared. We ate a very good burger with a tarragon sauce, and the quetsche sorbet was a delicious discovery. We hope that the Archestrate will find its superb and will continue to delight our taste buds."
