"we were in the old town of Saloon 2 times this year. once before Christmas and once for Christmas. I'll start. we were accommodated in a nearby hotel and met randomly in the old town of Saloon. as absolute USB fans we chose the restaurant and were lucky to get a table. thematic of the device: Mega, Mega and again Mega! a typical sedan entrance with the characteristic folding doors is already installed at the entrance. the wallpaper, the wall lights, the many wood on the wall, the ceiling and the floor, the piano on the corner and the counter is so harmonious! even the windows bear the name of the restaurant in the typical western font. very loving and furnished to detail. Just embarrassing. You must have seen. now for Christmas, the restaurant is decorated Christmas and also here find paralelles to the usa; we love it. this beautiful restaurant has not only visually what to offer, but also culinaryly correct. burger, sparrips landbrötchen milchshakes uvm. are here on the map. as part of our two visits we have already ordered quite well through the map because everything was so super listening and we quickly realized that not everything was just good, but was really delicious. The Pattys for the big burgers are homemade! also the roles and people you have to try the ranchdip. that's so great! Milk cascakes were super like burgers, reservers, rolls, carrots and brownies. The latter were so incredibly juicy there are many bakeries by far not. Those who love the American way will not be disappointed here. on the contrary! what is missing is the service. the service is not only very friendly and attentive, but also very warm. You're talking like you've known each other for a long time. the service forces carry Stilecht Revolver and Cowboy hat. We've never seen. We'll keep looking in. Dear, old Städtchen-Saloon team, keep it up! Your concept we love!"

"The rolling mill is new in the Schwetzinger Bermuda triangle and is located at the place of the former “Café Journal”, whose owner had previously thrown the towel. According to information in the menu and in the press, the “Walzwerk” is the realization of a new gastro concept, allegedly an earlier dream of Marcus Walz from Hockenheim, who is more known as designers of wild looking custom bikes (but with international reputation and customers such as B. Pitt, S. Vettel etc.). There are only four or five salads. The interior is quite cool, stylish, modern, so not made nostalgic on 50s or the Texas pitch rebuilt. They sit on dark tables, on cream-white leather cushions. Gediegene Noblesse. Flat screens hanging on the wall, on which uninterrupted DMAXX runs. And then some front noses of smaller racing cars hang on the wall, and there are two or three older motorcycles in the room, as well as near the entrance of one of the wheels of the roll. The service was friendly and accommodating, but a simple salad and the Death Valley Burger lasted more than half an hour. Apparently the oven was on the Furnace Creek Ranch straight. The salad was a good standard, even the burger. The paddle was slightly dry, but tastefully good and overall OK. As announced on the map, the meat comes unmarried to the burgers, you need to taste salt and pepper yourself. The extra-sharp Jalapenos announced in the map were strangely the same inserted little ones I get in the Kattus glass at Rewe, so nothing special and not extra-sharp. From the equipment you could say: a Royal TS with Jalapenos – but with meat from Angus Rind and much bigger. And with election supplement (Fries, Wedges or Salad, together for 9,90 EUR. The waltz is certainly an enrichment for Schwetzingen, and it seems that events and concerts are also planned (which was previously in the Cafe Journal, and you can go there."
