"my friend and I have jumped to midday after the good reviews. Therefore, it is important that I emphasize that this is from our experience of this caffe on a specific day (today). after entering and consulting that it all table service we have properly taken our seats and waited for the menus. 6-7 minutes later came a couple and sat in the cozy window bay. about 5 minutes later the cozy couple was brought with a pot tee. my friend then went and asked if we could have a menu. when we got our menus, no apologies for late and looked over, we asked for time to read them and we ordered or drink and a falafel pack everyone. the cozy couples got their afternoon tea ensemble and a bit later we got our packings, just 40 minutes after sitting. that eating was in order, I am not sure why crises come with many options as I do not 6. the pack, an salat garnish and a dimble of vegan koleslaw. it was a little expensive for the location, but blackmail. I wondered what to rate this and wanted to give a three star, but a slight mistake of the staff made me decide on a 2 star. the cozy couple during the afternoon tee was asked if everything was in order, which is standard procedures from food shops. we were not asked and it was taken as easy, so my assessment took the hit. I will not go back because better experiences are made elsewhere. However, check it as it has good reviews and has marked vegan options clearly. my experience could be a bad day."

"Finding ourselves dogless and childless for the evening, and planning to go to a local pub, I suggested popping out for something to eat first. Friday evening, although I was early, I suspected without a booking we would struggle to find somewhere. However Salsa were able to accommodate. It was happy hour, so we started with some margaritas. It wasn't particularly strong, so my husband requested an additional shot of tequila. The knives and forks at hour table were dirty, but to the staffs credit, when we highlighted it they apologized and immediately got us some clean ones. We opted for Tapas. As a food-grammer, I almost always take photos to share. However, visually these dishes didn't look great. Taste wise, they were OK. But nothing special unfortunately. We had a plate of Spanish cured ham, which I suspect, as the previous review said, was just a supermarket one. The spicy king prawns were nice, but when they came out the sauce was molten hot, as if it had just been blasted in the kitchen. We had bread and alioli, but the bread was just a part baked baguette, which is a little disappointing. The whitebait was a generous portion, but average taste. The boneless pork loins were probably the best dish of the evening- the potatoes it came with were significantly better than the potatoes with the patatas bravas which were bland (frozen I suspect). The lamb chops were tasty but visually very poor. The service was generally good, the ladies very happy, smiley and accommodating, but the food sadly doesn't match up. I will not be in a hurry to return unfortunately."
