"I would like to ask that for various reasons (the desire to change, various commitments etc. I did not return to this place for at least 10 years and having kept a good memory of it, I decided to spend a romantic evening. It is a historic Turin brewery, at the first places among the largest and most famous. the aspect that distinguishes it is very particular: It is a halfway place between an elegant place and an industrial archaeological site and is able to remember the last decades, with a certain style. a compliment goes to those who, in his time, have cured the furniture: it is not easy to make such an interesting environment of such remarkable dimensions, able to accommodate more than 160 people sitting comfortable. the large lamp, hanging on the ceiling just beyond the entrance, makes its great figure and is already in itself a pleasant invitation for the adventurous, as well as the brewery, left in good sight. I was able to notice that over the years, various changes and improvements have been made regarding the menu, such as the choice of phenolic meat for burgers. I opted for the tris of sausage, a classic already tasted before, very appetable, accompanied by delicious red cured; however, I would like to make a little suggestion to the cook: for a range of that kind, considered a king dish of the local, we expect that even the terrine of mustard tris was the queen and therefore that it is more abundant, just as it was once. the burger ordered by my fiancée was exquisite, as well as the tarte tatin with ice cream. I also tried the drola of craft beer that, in order to be a “white”, I found a little too much turned off as a spark, but its intense goto, extremely intriguing, tells us of years of work and experimentation, rewarded with the success of a successful product. but better the horny blonde who took my, more distractive and definitely more suitable to accompany a second. My overall judgment has remained positive, no doubt, and I think the torino brewery deserves the many customers it has."

"attracted by the positive reviews and by the bibendum michelin we go to the week-end lunch in December where miraculously we find place! the overhanging room, avr you and no 40 places all really close, very dark, but warm and cozy. a pity that the walls are very well-kept and scrutiny, that in the bathroom many details leave to want as transgress, as rust spots on the radiator, and did not seem very clean, (maybe some customer has soiled almost all the dishes were bent; in the room big tables and dressed like beautiful tablecloths. Before we sit, being full, we wait about 5 minutes, 10 more to have the men and an infinite wait before taking the order, and then request the wine card and other wait after about 45 minutes that we entered arrive the first dishes! The experience was for very pleasant and we were very well: very small bouche amuse based on mayonnaise made by them and excellent Verduno sausage. Appetizer with grilled eggplant excellent and well cooked and mushrooms sin the sauce did not convince me strangely knew of soy sauce )nocchi of the valley varaita with disappointing butter, they seemed bought of semi-industrial production as I saw to sampeyre, roasted hazelnuts not in granella, but throw the coarsely chopped; First the pasta stuffed with the financier seemed to me that it should be filled with financier, while it was untied and the filling of cheese or lean was not in my opinion a proper match, finanziera for very good. original baby carrots with smoked ricotta and berber, tasty without overcoming in the exceptional way the tripe of lamb and pecorino sapida, but balanced. pre dessert offered at the time of the account, exquisite mini cannoli stuffed with zabajone cream. Proper portions without exceeding, bottle of mascarello nebbiolo and a glass of barbaresco in addition (sink that on the board was indicated the barol, but then it was not present: 130 euros, more than correct for the pleasant experience and the picturesque curly waiter, professional attentive and fast."
