"we went with my husband on April 13 for a lunch in mind, to celebrate, among other things, my husband's birthday. The breakfast buffet is not very large but very varied widely enough. "although the restaurant was not very busy, the staff ran around like headless chicken no warning what was on abrupt manager and rudely waiting 1/2 for drinks had to arrive three times before they get. after another...30 minutes had to ask for brot and oliven and be taken for our food order starter were nice net not! steak was crispy and bad quality lamb was very dry and over cooked we do not eat our net to all and the sides never arrived! When we complained to the waiter, he took them away and came back and said the cook says they were okay. we asked that our bill was charged for the net and even for the sides that have never arrived. when we spoke with the manager in a very polite way, he took the bill and made a big scene then came back saying the meal was free - we gave him the money for the wee and the appetizers as we enjoyed them, but he was angry and screamed almost our money back to us very embarrassing for all"

"Absolutely shocking! Before driving all the way to the restaurant we had previously given them a call to see whether they allowed dogs. The respond was, yes dogs were allowed but not in the main restaurant. Our family have a very well socialised and behaved Doberman and our friends family have a miniature dachshund. They only allowed one group of us in because they had a ‘small dog’ and apparently ours was ‘too big’ no other explanation was given. This is discrimination and I was mortified that in this society we were refused a table to eat. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. Ignoring us when we trying to be reasonable and ask why but instead we got a head shake, a hand up and told no. Another couple not with us were also refused who had a medium sized breed. So when considering this restaurant with a dog ask yourself is it small enough to go in your handbag because if the answer is no you won’t be allowed in the restaurant. This is NOT a dog friendly restaurant."

"I've been eating in this place since almost its opening. So I knew several owners. we went there Sunday, July 30, 2017 . We usually order the same thing: 2 tapas plates a water carafe and a pressure.We were served quickly. quality of food always correct, however during the meal I wish to take another beer. The service was normally provided by 2 waitress and the bartender.impossible to be able to order my beer, the first waitress and the bartender was overwhelmed when the other waitress (who was probably the owner's daughter) was doing nothing if it was just talking to a boyfriend. despite all our actions to make us notice at no time she has given us a dagger looking in our direction.After 10 minutes the poor and veritable waitress sees us and looks after us. Not only did I have to go get my order at the bar, but she was hot. a Cuban beer at ambient temperature bof bof. I went back to the bartender who apologized and put the bottle in an ice bucket. very sincerely these 2 salaries are irreproachable, but the other waitress (the daughter of the boss) if it is to make figurative, you have to change metier.ps : and to crown it all when I am going to pay no thanks or other formula of politeness.
