"Premier Mets was recommended by a few local friends, but we are always cautious about Michelin starred places. 1 st surprise: the place is small, cozy, 25 seats, the lady of the place is there to great you. 2nd surprise: prices are soft, both for...food, menus from 24€ to 51 for 5 courses. Wines are reasonable as well. A second Pauillac for 55€. 3rd surprise: the food is delicious, creative, light, perfectly cooked. The service is reasonably quick. You leave happy, satisfied, not feeling stuffed, and at a reasonable cost. We’ll be back!"

You must book in order to be sure to get in. I get the grey menu which is composed of Oeufs meurette and cabillaud filet nicely cooked.

A small restaurant in the best location in the old town serves delicious food. It is very popular in Annecy, be sure to book in advance, don’t miss it.

Great service, frogs legs were amazing! Beef and pork for mains were tuff, reminded me of a water bathed steak. I felt a bit rushed towards the end of my meal.

I made reservations two months in advance as suggested. Absolutely delightful dining experience. Thrilled they offered a preset tasting menu. I started out with Foie Gras with Rhubard-Strawberry. Followed by the Stuffed Duck Tournedos with ls and a lovely appricot dessert. Ver carta

My wife and i came here on our last night in Annecy. We had such an amazing experience. the restaurant is run by a husband and wife who are extremely friendly and welcoming. We did a chefs tasting menu that was really just incredible from...start to finish. reservations are a must.

This is a small colorful attractive room in which you eat wonderful food prepared and served with total charm by a husband and wife team. We had foie-gras and champignons to start, then luscious boeuf. A tasty selection of fromage preceded desserts of chocolate and...a tarts citron. I would rank it number one in Annecy!

The food was great , French gastronomy the chef really knew what he was doing because we polished our plates off! On the expensive side but really worth it. Plus, the waiters were nice , open minded and it was interesting exchanging with them...about the story of the restaurant . We had a good laugh and it was very enjoyable ! It’s a nice little splurge, good for special occasions Ver carta

Excellent !!!! Best I have had in the region! Went with my husband and 2 children(7months and 5yr) for my birthday lunch on Saturday and we all loved!!! Very cost place with great ambience, local food (including a menu available for that) and a lot...to discover! Staff is very friendly, my son loved the food and the special attention he received (here no nasty children’s menu, but children get a chance to taste good food for lower price). We had the 45-51 euro menu all the entrances are exquisite! Surely going back ASAP!!!

"We had a weird feeling about this restaurant when we were given 2 menu books WITHOUT any price at first. Turned out that their gastronomic pricing didn't match their brasserie standard at all. My friend asked a couple of questions about some dishes, the waiter...was very puzzled and passive, said a couple of times that he didn't know. After that, we were served some kind of MUSHY OLD bread before the meal. If this was a sign of welcoming from the owner, then he failed right there. In our main courses, apart from the meat and fish ingredients, each of us got half of a small potato, 1 small stick of leek, 1 lonely cauliflower, some smashed petit pois with the size of a small coffee capsule, and 1 line of smashed carrot. Looks like the quantity one would place on a plate of a gastronomic restaurant with 8 courses, except that this is NOT a gastronomic restaurant, from the plastic menu, the furniture, the old bread, the cutleries, the different menu pricing and the service which failed to describe the dishes. The worst part, was when the waiter came and asked us if everything went well, I gave him the feedback that the food was good but the veggie was way too little. He first proposed us to eat more dessert, then when I said no, he got so upset and defensive that he even pointed at the kitchen telling me that I should go to see the chef and discuss with him myself. Why bother asking your client how their meal was if you can't receive a candid feedback? Being a frequent traveller, coming from the hospitality industry, I have to say this place is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Unless you have too much money and eating next to a canval is way more important than being treated in a disrespectful manner, and leaving the restaurant with a happy stomach."
