Went for lunch and service and staff were very relaxed and friendly. Food was good and very typically German atmosphere was relaxed Location and decor was different it being in an old convent..

I absolutely loved the idea of this restaurant in a church. The service was very good. Our server was from Winnipeg, Manitoba. I ordered the schnitzel which was ok...soggy. I felt the prices a little high.

we were to eat. Eating is reasonable. German. my wife asked the duck, but it was a bit foolish. the weeping list is ok and the white riesling we hired was excellent. service was not spectacular. the ambiente was interesting. Ver carta

This was a beautiful restaurant with nice drinks in a very peaceful outdoor setting. The food was made with care and the garden was a great spot for a quiet beer garden atmosphere. The restaurant itself is out back of an old hospital which makes...for a cool and memorable meal.

Our son took us here when we were visiting him in Berlin. As far as I understand the restaurant is in the dining room of an old monastery hospital. The atmosphere is great, the staff are lovely, the menu offers something for everyone. Portions are...large and food freshly prepared. We will be back! Ver carta

one of our guides, amy mason, recommended this restaurant of their tour group on a berlin alternative tour, and we took them up and went to dinner tonight. the restaurant is located in a former Christian hospital that has turned into a Squtter hospital, but. the room is beautiful. delicious eating, relaxed staff, but the culinary experience is beautiful. had largely German menu, but I really enjoyed it.

i'm sorry guys but you really need to step up the game. your food is awful, service even worst rude and forgetful I mean hey, I get you have a very cute location but rest of it is pretty poorly !! I really...dont get why so many good reviews here ! the food presentation zero. Taste zero. service mega rude and slack. Oh I forgot to mention the size of fresh squeezed orange juice it was half of the champagne flute !! guys, sorry but no !

We chose this cafè for the incredible reviews but I must say it was thoroughly disappointing. The food was over-priced and honestly not nice, I ordered and alpine breakfast and got a plate with so much butter and no bread, my gf asked for bavarian...breakfast and it looked vile and super-sad for the price. On top of everything they forgot part of our order, and the orange juice was one third of a champagne flute! Ridiculous! We were appalled. After paying I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I said no and I was asked “why no tip?” the nerve!!! Never go there unless you want to be disappointed. Ver carta
