great customer service. the owner and the staff were polite and friendly. the food was delicious and every penny worth. beautiful atmosphere.

the man who served us was funny and friendly, and the dishes were really nice. my friends and I loved lasagna, pasta and papality regina, which we have eaten today!

Ate there last night on the recommendation of our hotel: we were a tired group of 6. The staff were truly lovely, the food was pretty darn good (recommend the squid salad, the linguine gamberi lasagne). All good, for us. Enjoyed it.

Lovely restaurant in Clifton, very nice food with decent prices. The owner is very friendly but other staff could be more attentive. Outdoor tables needs a bit more tidying too. Overall experience is good i definitely recommend this place

This is simply an excellent restaurant. Real Italians working here and real Italian. You can especially tell the pastas. Perhaps it’s slightly expensive for what it is, but we did hugely enjoy it and would return. The smoked martini is to be recommended, as are the pizzas!

warm and friendly, authentic Italian restaurant. the attentive service and the pizza were 10/10. my sister and I had a nice evening after booking last minute about bank holidays and left the feeling very full and satisfied. the owner was exceptionally welcoming and gave us the giggles dancing around the restaurant. we will definitely come back with the rest of the family!

My wife and I were in Bristol to visit our grandson at university The Al Bacio was recommended and did not disappoint Warmly welcomed by the owner and served great food by Anna and Liz Try the lobster linguine! We would have lingered longer over our drinks but there was a big party in the rear room that required the full attention of the staff But we will make a return visit when we are next in Bristol

This restaurant is insulting to a nation by claiming to be a neighborhood Italian restaurant. My mother is Italian, and a key characteristic of such places is consistently good food, fresh ingredients, and friendly service. Al Bacio falls short in all areas. The service is terrible, unfriendly, and rude. The food ingredients are either frozen or not fresh, and the quality of cooking is subpar. The overall experience is quite disappointing, resembling the sight of a sick old dog that needs to be put out of its misery.
