"Cantinone is a pizzeria restaurant. I tried their kitchen for the first time with my girlfriend, and we were so satisfied with the dishes (reverse, cheek with polenta) to return even the next evening. The cook really knows his thing. Only one note: everything present in the dish should be edible, I understand the desire to decorate, but the sprig of rosemary in the cheek is, in fact, not edible. Maybe he could be replaced with something else. Small. The place is wide and clean, it would need aging in style, but I understand that unfortunately such an intervention would require a substantial sum of money that, these days, is better not to waste. I knew for a long time their pizza which, although not bad and being comfortable (near dress) is not at the level of the kitchen. I repeat: it is not bad and surely can please the average customer of northern Italy, but there are huge margins of improvement. There are a series of training schools for pizzaioli (one on all, the Fudemy SRL); it would not be wrong to suggest the pizzaiolo to learn about it and to update professionally in order to traghetta in the contemporaries its product, which is a little firm in the 80/90 years both as a dough and as condiments. Bringing pizza to the level of the kitchen, this restaurant would give a runway to well-appointed premises. Bravo! Avv. A. Calabrò"
