"I am writing this review with the aim of canceling out the negative ones I had read. Luckily I went: the cured meats and agnolotti in broth that someone wrote were similar to commercial ones is absolutely not true, the cured meats are whole on a trolley and the waiters at the tables cut them for you on the spot and they are of excellent quality, same thing for the mixed sticker cart which is special; you can see and feel the agnolotti that they are artisanal in an exquisite broth. The desserts are also displayed on the trolley, we tried the berry cheesecake and the cream caramel, and they were very good. The waiters were all very kind and welcoming, the entrance is of a hotel. I give four stars and not 5 because I expected to spend a little less: A pappardella with roe deer and mushrooms, two agnolotti in broth, two mixed boiled meats, a water, a Lambrusco, 3 desserts, three coffees €135 but I will definitely go back because I paid but I found the quality."

We had dinner in a dated, shapeless home-made restaurant. I'm sorry about the boiled meat served cold. I paid a bottle of Lambrusco €33.00 which was truly excessive. Not to return Walkability: Close to my hotel and Parma station Service: 3 Location: 3

All of excellent quality. Adequate prices for first and second courses and excellent quality/price ratio. Perhaps the prices of everything around are a little high, side dishes, mustard, spring onions.... However it deserves it Food drinks: Super boiled and roasted trolleys, as well as really good tortelli and anolini in broth. Service: 5

Old style restaurant in the central area. All dishes were excellent. Very high quality/price ratio. From what I've seen, they are very famous for boiled and roasted meats. Walkability: It is in an area busy with cars. The only way to park is in the multi-storey buildings nearby Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

Absolutely a unique place to eat the true Parma culinary tradition. Go from the first courses of a trio of tortellini, to the mixed second courses boiled with the three sauces, up to the mixed desserts such as the Duchess... A true triumph of goodness, all cooked and served in an excellent manner by their exemplary staff. I hope to be able to return to this temple of delicacies to taste other qualities. Heartfelt congratulations to you all. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Location near the train station. Washbasin in the room. The hotel is combined with a restaurant on the 1st floor, but they do not have breakfast. Although there are signs everywhere in the hotel that smoking is prohibited in the rooms, I got a very smoky room with a smell. That is, someone smoked and did not bear any responsibility for it. Dubious pleasure. The hotel is generally tired and needs updating. Therefore, there was a one-night stop without an extension. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5

I remembered it better. The starter cured meats are good. Even though the anolini were made of meat, they tasted a lot like cheese, but they are also good because the recipes can change from place to place. I chose the roast trolley... it's a shame because the flavors were very similar, the baked tip was saved. Desserts to be rejected, apart from the fact that they don't tell you whether there is alcohol inside or not (apart from the trifle which has alcohol in its recipe). Service normal.
