I reserved initially personally at 5, the staff was very nice and approved me with a "until later." later gg. 16:45 I called to move the appointment to 6. no problem. in the brewhouse we were very quickly served, with the service responded very competently to ask about the food. I ordered a haxe with potato puree and sour wort and was highly satisfied. a super tasty haxe, with a great crust, plus a very tasty spice, as with oma. (the tante my friend learned housekeeping, cooks even like a profi and her spice tastes almost identical)The sour wort was definitiw the best sour wort, which I have ever eaten.

When considering to eat in Altes Brauhaus there is one thing you should get first: hunger and good appetite.We had goulash soups as starters and this is how goulash should taste like: slightly hot paprika. Price 4,90 euros is ridiculously low compared to taste and size of starter soup. My wife and I dined here while visiting from North America. The food was very good and well prepared. However, we had the misfortune of being turned into the butt of a joke between our server, Michel, and four elderly women, who assumed that I couldn't understand what they were saying about us. While I cannot speak German I do have a basic understanding of the language.
