It was nice and food was good. However, it was the waitress that really made the experience.

reservation made and confirmed, but the restaurant has called hours before the reservation time that it was not open! we have no reservation for dinner at full hour

Reservation made and confirm but the restaurant called up 3 hours before the reservation time that it was not opened ! We are left with no dinner reservation on 11th hour.

The Alto Bar is very nice. Great ambience. Unfortunately, the staff was not concentrated. The focus was not on the guests. The dishes were long on the table. The food was partly cold. For the new year menu 49.00 per person I expected a lot more. I don't recommend the restaurant. Ver carta

Die Alto Bar ist sehr schön. Tolles Ambiente. Leider wirkte das Personal unkonzentriert. Der Fokus lag nicht bei den Gästen. Das Geschirr stand lange auf dem Tisch nach den Gängen. Das Essen war teilweise kalt. Für das Silvester Menü 49.00 pro Person habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Ich empfehle das Restaurant nicht weiter. Ver carta
