this is an interesting and tasty Persian restaurant in front of the beaten away near the western railway station. the grill plate was excellent, the service not so. we loved the leaf, eco-setup. it should be great in summer when they can sit outside (we went in winter.) the place looks like a greenhouse, plants everywhere. we would certainly go back, probably next time.

we were invited to this restaurant in frankfurt, but unfortunately it wasn't our cup tee. because we were not too hungry, we ordered pasta and our friends to eat the Persian. the pasta was too oily and the souce tasted as if it were from a...can be the Persian food, but, was ok. the restaurant is in a kind of botanical garden and everything is full of plants, but for me it does not look very clean, so unhappy I do not come back.

when entering the restaurant (which is a little tricky to find), it feels like entering a glass house, with all its pots and plants. very pleasant. the staff is very friendly and competent, and eating is great, with a great selection of vegetarian and vegan dresses. besides the traditional Persian cuisine we tried, they also offer flammatory cakes and some other European dishes. but I would definitely recommend the Persian section of the menu. we're coming back!

arche nowa is 15 minutes' walk from the festivalsaal and right next to the west railway station. it is worth the trip from the city center, especially if they are looking for good vegetarian options. we asked for a reservation and were glad that we were. how it was when we arrived. the menu (available on the website) had a good mix of vegetarian, vegan, meat and fish dishes including salads, pastage, curries and tartes. we found it at a good value for money at cheap prices and delicious. service was friendly and efficient.
