"Eating at Arirang restaurant was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I was impressed by the friendly greeting from the staff. They were very pleasant, although I didn't give them a full 5 stars for service because they allowed me to order online without much interaction or checking on me. Every dish I sampled was delicious and generously portioned. The flavors were authentic and exquisite, showcasing the talent of the chefs. The Korean barbecue was beautifully presented, providing a unique and interactive dining experience. The menu offered a wide range of choices to cater to vegetarians and meat lovers alike. The attention to detail in each dish was evident, with top-quality ingredients. While not the most romantic setting, the restaurant is perfect for a casual meal, gathering with friends, or a special occasion. The decor and lighting were a bit outdated but still clean and functional. I would definitely come back to try more dishes, particularly the spicy mushrooms - they were delicious!"

This place had such a homely feel! The servers were warm and welcoming. They even gave us some complimentary banchan!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Very authentic Korean food with great value for money.

Tried korean food for the first time and loved it. The food was fresh, yummy and extremely tasty . Since my friends and myself  prefered chicken and seafood as we do not eat pork and beef.  They catered very well to our specific needs. It was in all a lovely experience. Ver carta

Tasty Korean food in central London. Great starters, a mixture of kimchi, bean sprouts and pickled cucumber. The Sweet and sour chicken was my favourite.First time I have had to cook my beef bulgogi but it was very good. Great place to go if you want to try Korean for the first time.

The first Korean restaurant in London. Arirang is one of my favourite restaurants. I stumbled upon this little gem while trying to escape the bustle of Oxford Street and was drawn by its bright pink sign and its excellent value lunch time deals.<br/ <br/ My favourite dish is the Dol Bibim Bap, a combination of rice, vegetables and strips of beef topped with an egg and served in a hot stone bowl that keeps the food piping hot as you are eating.

Amazing place for very authentic Korean food. I also see Koreans dining here as well. The food is always flavourful and does not take too long to arrive. You might have a flag down the server if you sit further inside the restaurant but as it common with many other Asian places. The fried chicken and the seafood pancakes are a must try. If you like soup, their seafood chigae is amazing! For the hotstone bibimbap, you have to add sauce and stir the ingredients together quickly, otherwise they might burn. Ver carta

There are a lot of poor to average Korean restaurants in London (We're still on the hunt for an amazing one). Arirang serves good Korean food, not the greatest we've had in our lives, but much better than a lot of other places we've tried in London<br/ <br/ We've been here a couple of times, but only ordered the meat on rice kinda dish (bibimbap, bulgogi, bbq meats on rice). We didn't try their Korean BBQ.<br/ <br/ Food is nice and reasonably priced. Good service. Cute orange segments at the end of your meal.<br/ <br/ The place is a bit smoky (like all BBQ places are) so don't bring nice jackets.

Food was sumptuous and delicious! Small dishes all were payeable like kimchi and radish. First Time we had to pay for kimchi. Usually in Korea or Singapore, when dining in korean restaurants, kimchi would be free Flow. Kimchi was not tasty. Too sourish! Serving staff was ok, friendly. Not those who were at upstairs, Pretty Harsh and cold as they were busy doing their work. But whoever walked in, would be customers and there were no proper waiting place. We wanted to wait inside the restaurant as it was freezing cold outside, the female staff were annoyed as we seemed to be out of the place for waiting. All in all, for food worth going but if for nice dining experience, choose another one.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
