"this is a beautiful place for a place to lunch or dinner. we have often been and eating was always really good, does not play any roles, whether they are busy or quiet eating was great and that was never so long. the standard of cleanliness was always good with tables, menus and always very clean. as they can see from the photos, they have a beautiful view of the river arun and this view can be seen, sitting inside or outside, coming out first served, but in its best to book maybe a few days ahead and demanding a window table. (photos from outside seats) the prices are very favorable compared to other local pubs, of course more expensive than their local sizzler, but the food and service deserves the additional costs. parking, they have a small parking space, I would say maybe about 20 places with good access for disabled. everything in all one must be for a place to lunch or just a drink on the river."

Great food and service for my mums birthday. The only downside was the noise from the bar as the FA cup was on. Once it has finished you could then hold a conversation.

what a great place that is. friendly helpful staff a good choice of beer and ales and excellent eating. sat on a Friday night and I'm glad we reserved a table. rammed packed. had good time from all.

nice eating, good service, beautiful place bit expensive, but guess they, the dinge are now more, it is worth for the excellent food. happy for dogs to go and for a wheelchair also. would recommend.

Definitely recommend this pub. The steak and Ale pie I had was absolutely wonderful, 4 veg, chips and the pie, loads of steak chunks, plenty of gravy and a lovely taste of the ale. I can't fault it.

Boy where to start, great service, fantastic food and super friendly staff. Recommend booking in advance, even though we rocked up on the off chance at lunchtime and were accomdated with no delay in the food. Can't recommend enough. But hang on, don't take our table.

Doesn't look much from the outside but don't be fooled. Beautiful bright open plan dining area right on the water. Lovely staff and really really excellent food. Looking forward to being in the area again and can't recommend enough... Oh and £68 for a family of 4 to have 2 really nice courses and soft drink sounds perfectly fair too
