"Visited here for the first time today as our usual sandwich shop had closed down. Firstly, I never knew they did takeaway sandwich orders so very pleased we went in and asked. There were two other locals sat down eating and it was evident from conversation they both ate there regularly and the meals they both had look both large and delicious though the three of us only wanted sandwiches. The two staff members were very polite and welcoming and we were offered the meal deal . This comprised of a sandwich, drink, chocolate bar and packet of crisps. I will not mention the price because we felt we were UNDERCHARGED and would happily have spent another £1 on top. Sandwich (cheese and ham x3 were delicious and there is no doubt whatsoever that I/we will be returning both for a main meal and for additional sandwiches. As the title says, it really is an amazing find, genuine and friendly staff and when you find somewhere like this that ticks the boxes and more, it is worth typing a few lines :"

Lovely roast dinner, I chose the pork, came with crackling which alot of places seem to skip nowadays, so that was a winner, homemade Yorkshire pudding. Definitely recommend. Ver carta

First time visit and wow what a beautiful place, ordered 2 x XL breakfasts to takeaway, Cooked perfectly, hot and well presented. Definitely worth the price and will be definitely returning again.

Off to a winner straight away by being Greeted with a friendly smile. Locally sourced meat from the butchers literally next door farm fresh eggs cooked perfectly. Start to finish a perfect experience to set us on the way for a wonderful day! Keep up the good work!

Had a bacon and sausage butties. Great portions. Was given the choice of square sausage or normal sausage. Had normal sausage. Delicious . Also had coffee . Very close to the train station,also cheaper than the train station. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Ver carta

Had full breakfasts here yesterday. They use meat from the butchers next door and it was well cooked and not greasy. Friendly service and very reasonable...drinks and toast included and they do fried bread in request. Definitely one of the better breakfasts in Scarborough

Really friendly staff, polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble, trying to make your dining experience feel as normal as possible in current times. Had a breakfast and it was just lovely, everything cooked perfectly and plenty in the plate and fresh Riva coffee to boot, will definitely be going again a lovely little find
