The air conditioning in the Restaurant was faulty, so really cold air was blasting at the diners. Some of us even put our coats back on. Whether this was the cause of the slow service, I do not know, but our Starters took minutes to arrive

Really lovely food and friendly but not overly accommodating service. The restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived, and although we'd booked a table days before, we were put on a hastily pulled together section in the middle of the restaurant. We asked if we could sit against one of the cushioned sections which was easily to keep the kids pinned into but was told it was booked.... no one sat there during the course of our meal which was frustrating
