The only area for improvement would be the DJ's song selection; it would have been nice if they engaged more with the audience. The countdown was enjoyable, but it felt like there could have been more to enhance the atmosphere—like playing "New York, New York" to keep the dance floor lively. The cash prizes were reasonable, and we loved the balloons. Overall, we would definitely return. Well done, Granat!

We recently celebrated our wedding at The Granary and managed to plan everything within about a month. Katie was outstanding in assisting us with organizing our special day, especially given the current circumstances. She genuinely cared about our needs and went above and beyond to help us. Our wedding day turned out to be incredible, and the food was delicious with generous portions! Thank you so very much!

I visited this hotel a couple of months ago, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. The room was somewhat messy, with trash left in the bins from the previous occupants. The most concerning issue was that there were still smudges of human waste on the toilet basin. We filed a complaint, but the hotel was unresponsive and seemed not to believe us, which made me very frustrated. Next time, I might consider taking pictures and sharing them online. It took over a month to resolve the complaint, and that was only because I followed up with about four or five emails. If you have a complaint, good luck—they seem unlikely to take your concerns seriously! Ver carta

We got married here on Friday, July 6th, and it was absolutely everything we had dreamed of and more! Pippa, you were truly incredible in making sure that all our plans were executed perfectly. You listened to my thoughts and brought them to life, explaining how the day would unfold and giving me confidence that everything would go smoothly. we have held our high time in the granary on 24/6/2017, and I am so glad that we chose them as our venue. everything was perfect. we couldn't blame. everyone worked so hard to make sure we had the best day at all. the rooms looked stunning, and the staff helped make the garden look exactly as we wanted it to look. nothing was too much annoyed. all our guests said it was the best time they ever had! special thanks to jo burgess, the high-time coordinator, who was so helpful with her advice, and immediately to my never-ending emails, laura, who kept me quiet on the day, and ensured that everything went smoothly, phil, who took over from laura in the evening, and all the waiting staff who cared...
