Went in for the 6 flight tasting. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Full of knowledge on each glass and history of the village. Very worth the visit. Ver carta

Great location in this quiet town, my wife was loving the wall colours - lots of Farrow & Ball (French equivalent). Really nice food and the champagne was great too

Enjoyed a selection of 6 tasting champagnes in their outdoor sitting area on a hot lunchtime. Accompanied by local produce which was delicious and presented thoughtfully platter style. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

We've visited this nice location in the Dom perignion street in Hautvillers, unfortunatly there are roadworks going on for now, but the location has a great terrace, which makes it forget the works ;)The champagne options they have is great, I recommand the 3 champagne glasses, which consist of pinot menier, chardonnay and pinot noir. The special champagner plate is great in taste. Best is to book in advance! Ver carta

We were passing through this small village on our way to Epernay. It was lunchtime and TripAdvisor lookup was very helpful. After reading reviews of multiple venues we tried Aus 36. The street is completely torn out for road repairs, but still accessible on foot. It was worth the effort! The staff was very helpful and the food presentation was great. We enjoyed a glass of champagne with our shared plate the duck foie gras was very good.

This is a charming little restaurant with attached wine shop. It has been described in travel articles as a great place to taste and discuss champagne. While they do offer a tasting of three champagnes along with the food they offer, the focus is on selling you some food and getting you into the wine shop to buy some more. the servers are very nice and the food was tasty. The champagne offered was fine but nothing special. Worth a visit for lunch, nothing more.

This was our second visit since we were so pleased 4 years ago. Each day they offer 3 glasses of different single grape champagnes from local producers. 4 years ago it was 15€, this July is was 16€. All were delicious, we enjoyed the Blanc de Noir best. They also had a glass of a vintage millésieme for 7€, also quite good.They have a very extensive selection of both inexpensive and very expensive (Salon) Champagnes. Many patio guests were enjoying a light meal, too. Ver carta
