We've had the menu. Three courses, carpaccio was sold out, but replacement should be on standard menu (Entree) also, delicious! Friendly staff.

I was bluffed by the decor from the entrance! The frame is simply superb! concerning the map, I was pleasantly surprised by the proposals of the chef and the finesse of the dishes. the service was impeccable with very well-advised advice. an address to be recommended!

the cuisine revisits with the flavours. The melon was married to the ham in an unexpected and tasteful way.As for the fish, the cooking was perfect and the combination of surprising and delicious vegetable flavors. The desserts follow the same logic!the wine map is provided and the advice is advised. The decoration is in the tone of the name ;-).

A cozinha parece querer ser tão inovadora que no final acaba apresentando pratos sem sentido.Foi bastante difícil apreciar um prato que pedi pois os diversos componentes não só não combinavam entre si mas vinham em vários recipientes separados (em temperatura diferente) sem que me fosse fornecido um prato único onde eu pudesse degusta-los em conjunto.Resultado final muito confuso

we had booked in this establishment for ten people as part of a business meal. We decided to stay on the bistro and take tapas. the first were served around 9:00. Three quarters of an hour we wanted to recommend it to accompany beautiful bottles. And no. the chief decided to shut down the "hot." balance: frustration and challenge to find another restaurant to finish our dinner. the restaurant's decoration is as soon as we get home. sober, modern already we feel good. The welcome is warm. we took the formula of the day entry, dish and dessert for 23€. the products offered are simple but the way they are prepared is very original. mix of flavors sought and which works very well! In the end it gives fine and original dishes. Dressage of the dishes there too is sought and treated. brief. It's a good address where bn we can stop without hesitation. Good continuation to this team.

reception and efficient service. the menu has 30 € with beautiful quality products. Everything is well worked with originality. It's good, it's beautiful. original recipes (reviewed Basque paste) and in.plus c is copied! beautiful wine map where all regions are represented; a few pepites at attractive price. Do you feel that the sommelier (is he the boss)? is a passionate, which is confirmed in service. room with warm decor. We can even go back with local craftsmen. two flats: the terrace frame (near the .route, under the .pont) and two small mistakes in the .note. Go on without hesitation.

We had the last dinner of our French trip at Au bouchon basque; last but not least, this was actually the best meal of our entire vacation. The presentations were stunning and were matched by intense flavours and textures. The carpaccio was the best I ever ate and the rest was delicious too. At the end we had the fortune to spend time chatting with the chef; he is a young guy with bright eyes and a lot of enthusiasm. The restaurant is a couple minutes walk past the tourists area; I really liked its atmosphere and service was nice and friendly. This restaurant stood way above the tourists restaurants along the river and a three-course dinner with wine ended up costing about the same. Next tim... Ver carta
