Second experience with a fight. The service is running, nothing to say. The kitchen is always as remarkable. very worked dishes, a lot of preparation and research, mixing flavors and textures. The tuna damier cooked and boiled is superb, worthy of a star. idem for calf tartar and tuna " vitello tonnato". Gorgeous calf ris, desserts also very elaborate, we are far from the mistled cream. the products are beautiful and simple but it is mainly their preparation that makes the difference. deserves a star!

It's almost perfect.However, the end of not receiving from the patronage during a change of dish request in the menu (which only offers an entrance and a dessert and two dishes) is not worthy of an establishment of this category. It spoils a little bit that moment that could have been perfect. it is not only about prices (we would have accepted a small supplement). but to satisfy a clientele so that it will come back. despite a recent opening and some arrangement in the course of finishing, the exterior is worked and pleasant in this month of July. the sober and carefully decorated restaurant room invites you to relaxation. an eye in the kitchen and you are ready to fully enjoy your meal. Open your eyes, nostrils and let your taste buds delect fresh products presented with taste in your plate. We have tasted a sumptuous salmon gravlax, the perfectly prepared daurade and a shotamisu of original and tasteful red fruit.Thank you to all the staff, waiters with cooks who have worked so that we have a very pleasant lunch.

dinner with friends booked a month before so without knowing the menu since of course the products are seasonal and fresh. The choice is based on 6 menus at 70€ but a change request is made on the two entries proposed, two of our friends do not like mackerel and foie gras...response from the room manager: no, not possible, "if all customers asked the same thing"!. so no alternative proposal and it was thus removed the two ingredients from each entry.
