Very romantic and fabulous service! Dinner was good- extremely relaxing experience! Very pretty venue. Tables close to each other Spoke with couple next to us. Friendly atmosphere Delicious apple strudel for dessert

The bank vault venue is very atmospheric and the food is equally sublime. They specialise in seafood and do it amazingly. The manager was very personable and welcoming and charming all evening. A lovely night in a great venue with lovely food and great service. Ver carta

Restaurant is in old bank vault which is a very attractive setting. The food was all very good and staff were very friendly though the whole place has quite an old fashioned feel and style. We visited on a Saturday night but it was still...very quiet with just enough people to create some atmosphere.

Ordered a plate of mixed oysters which were all great and nicely presented. When I've ordered a Long Island after Dinner I was told that they would not serve that because they were a restaurant and not a bar. I was very surprised because they...offer cocktails, had all ingredients and could do both, restaurant and bar, but that just left a very negative impression.

We went there on a weekday evening with a reservation. Interesting decor BUT abysmal service i.e.none . The restaurant was maybe half full, we had to basically find our own table, waited over 15 minutes without menus, water, anything, and then the manager ? was less...than pleased when we asked for service. We then left. Maybe we went on a bad night but there will be no second chance. Ver carta

We went to this restaurant for dinner on our last visit to Berlin. The location is really beautiful, restaurant is located in a former bank building. It is decorated nicely, service is average (sometimes you need to wait longer for getting served). Of course you...have to eat oysters there, but prices are pretty high. Also for the other (fish) dishes, prices are pretty high compared to the quality served. Not sure if we come back again, as there are so many other restaurants around which probably are better.

Absolutely stunning food, which is lucky as the service was absolutely rubbish!! 9 of us booked in for a meal customers and suppliers. We had to wait 20mins before we got to order a drink. Then 55mins between starters and main course. When this...arrived it became apparent that the waiter had made a mistake and written the wrong dish. When the prawns were made up they were not cooked correctly and needed to be sent back. A steak was also sent back for being undercooked. Drinks were so slow in between the scraps of food that we decided not to have desert and went elsewhere! I’ve never had so poor service in such a good restaurant!

After searching a good place for Oysters, the Oysterbank became our choice. Place is located in a nice area of Berlin, a restaurant we found immediatly very cozy and welcoming. Gordon the waiter was not the easy one in the beginning, but a waiter with...a great caracter and humour which we really enjoyed. A true individual who actually never missed a moment to show great professionalism and true spirit in his work. Food was amazing. We had a journey of Oysters from various origin, all presented and explained by Gordon from great knowledge. Escargot, Tuna fillet and Octopus, all up for recommendation. This place we will visit again when in Berlin next time. Ver carta
