"lunch in this Italian establishment has been a real delight because the kitchen, in addition to being generous and colorful, is prepared from quality ingredients and meets the promises written on the map. Moreover, the places are superbly arranged as the tables are well spaced, the room is bright and the decoration reminds the Italian and the provence. There is a large grocery department that runs along two walls, presenting various and varied Italian products. part of the attic of this old building has been preserved and pitches are exposed. The map is quite simple, avoiding, at least for the summer season, pizzas (the said map being changed regularly, pizza may be offered in autumn or winter, I don't know). one of the five risottos, one of the five salads, or one of the pasta dishes. everything is made home and the dishes are presented with a lot of class and meticulousness, in a dish which (when you see the plate ^^) fine. There is a glass for each liquid and the water bottles are beautifully decorated. I tested the Italian salad (crumbon, parmesan, eggplant, marinated peppers, tomatoes and mozzarella, dried tomato caviar toast). When I saw my dish coming, I thought I was served for two. There was a lot of green salad (but not in bags, a real salad from the market) but the various ingredients were also copied. I enjoyed eating each part of this dish separately because everything had flavor. Moreover, the salad was not drowned under the sauce, which was rather properly seasoned. One of the guests ordered the fresh salad, which arrived on a plate with, in its centre, a whole fresh goat cheese and, if I counted correctly, the equivalent of a dozen speck slices! I'm not even talking about the terrine salad with its three beautiful slices of bull terrine. a this title, meat was not strong and even rather paradoxically light. On his side, my wife took a esotico risotto, prepared with pineapple chicken and coriander. Not only was the risotto not dough, but also the coriander was well present and the cream was very light. a real success. The desserts are presented in a refrigerated window that sits next to the box. a real paradise for eyes and taste buds because these huge verrins (five euros, which is given in view of their quality) are delicious. having fun and greedy, I took a shotamisu as well as the after eight verrine. I'm not going to stretch out on the subject. for those who love tiramisu and after eight (very menthole), I can only advise the said desserts. I also advise tea, served in porcelain and from - at least for tea with jasmine - of tea in bulk and not in bags. Wine glasses are also served generously, as well as pastis. black olives (too salty to my taste) accompany the aperitif. Besides, I read a lot of opinions criticizing the character of the boss. Let's be honest, the smile is not always present, except at the end, when the latter chats with the customers. During the service, we are rather in the very austere and I imagine what it can give in full rush. However, the performance remains professional as to the knowledge of the map, including that of the wines, and the speed of service. The dishes are copious, avoid having eyes bigger than the belly. However, if you do not finish your plate, the "doggy bag" is proposed. The value for money is exceptional for maussane, just a step from the provence leases. Salads are offered at 13,50 euros and I have already indicated the price of desserts. It is a very beautiful address highlighting Mediterranean cuisine."

After booking for 4 for dinner for 8:30 (the boss had actually said "not later" !), we arrived at 8:45 p.m. excusing us, badly took us! this Tuesday of the end of July to maussane I expected another reception. yes the kitchen tested for several years is top, unfortunately we have the impression here that it is the customer who must be at the service of the merchant!!! we discovered this restaurant during a stay in Provence. we love Italian cuisine and there we were served! delicious pasta, risottos and ravioli and original recipes. A real treat. Only small flat: no dish intended for children; gold as the portions are fairly large, it is impossible to finish the plate (even if the parents help); but it was suggested that we take the unconsumed portion (pleasant). A very good experience.
