Came here on a Thursday evening with family. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Great choice on the menu and a lovely atmosphere.

Attended with a group of friends in a large party. All the meals were correct and arrived st the same time. Very accommodating to dietary needs. I would attend this restaurant again. Ver carta

Fab evening spent in the lovely Italian restaurant of the Manor Court complex.Food was first class and service was attentive without being intrusive.The huge pizza fire is an excellent addition to the ambience of a truly welcoming Italian restaurant.Thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

Lovely restaurant great meal cooked as required. Attentive but not overpowering staff. Both my wife and l ordered rib eye steak medium/rare and it came perfectly cooked with chips onion rings mushroom tomatoe and side salad. Several sauces available as extras. Topped off with two lovely deserts, and coffees made it a very nice experience.

Ate here this evening with a large group and I’m sorry to say I must disagree with the reviews on here. Absolute opposite of “authentic Italian food”. Food had been pre ordered as there was 15 of us and several orders were wrong, the garlic mushroom starter had been microwaved hot in places and cold in others. Service was very poor and we were the only table in the restaurant so not due to being busy. Risotto for main was tasteless. Ver carta

Oh dear, What a disappointment, I really wish I’d taken notice of the last review in May.I am definitely not a foodie and I hate those really patronising reviews which disect every aspect of someones restaurant.But for the sake of other customers not entirely wasting their money as we did I recommend that if you do want to try eating here, you absolutely must insist on them not adding oil to the top of… actually everything!!!Having said that, I did ask them to only add a small amount, but I think they must of ignored that request.Certainly the worst pizza and pasta dish I’ve ever had unfortunately

As we live close by, the Azzurro is always in our minds if we want a good meal at a reasonable price. Staff are always helpful, and there is never a long wait to be led to our table.The king prawn and calamari starters are difficult to resist, with the result that quite often we have two starters instead of a main course, especially as upon arrival at the table we are greeted by an amuse-bouche to set the scene. The pizzas are always freshly made and with ample toppings ,(always with extra chilli in my case). The pasta is well prepared and tasty and the wine and Timothy Taylors Landlord is well up to standard. Whats not to like?

I was staying nearby, and wanted a nice steak. The reviews were pretty good, so I thought I 'd give it a try. I didn 't book ahead, just turned up, but it was a Monday evening so it wasn 't that busy. Service was reasonably quick. I was seated in the bar with a menu, and someone came to take my order in a few minutes. A short while later (about 5-10 minutes? I was taken to my table.The food was good. I had creamy garlic mushrooms, which came with a couple of pieces of garlic bread. When I 'd finished, it wasn 't long till my main course arrived. I like my steak 'blue ', and it was! All in all a pleasant meal, although maybe slightly on the pricey side. Ver carta
