Food was disappointing curries were bland. Drinks were awful how can they charge for flat coke from a large bottle! Service was questionable we felt very rushed even though the restaurant was empty. Refused to take Amex despite signage on the door and the Amex website showing them as a shop small partner have reported this. I didn’t check the reciept as my mother paid but after leaving I worked out that we were overcharged I will not return and cannot recommend

I ordered takeout from Balti Nailsworth and, despite calling in our order, I still had to wait almost 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. The staff didn't seem to be in a hurry, and there was no offer of a drink while I waited. Unfortunately, the food was quite bland—lacking any spice even in the dishes that were meant to be hot. To top it off, the pilau rice was a soggy mess. I'm really disappointed since this was our first visit, and I won't be going back. It's a shame because we wanted to support a local business!
