"Had a lovely 3 course meal, food was very good, friendly staff, I am pleased to say we were sat at the other end of the pub, thankfully not near the bar were a dog was sat (yes sat) up to the table on the chair, the couple with the dog were taking food off there plates to feed the small white dog, so dogs mouth on table, disgusting, dogs should be left at home, or on the floor under the table for God sake. Let's hope the table is sanitised. Price per person: £30–40"

This restaurant is one of the best in town. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend trying their signature dish, as it is truly unique and flavorful. The prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are generous. I recently visited a charming village pub with a great atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable, and there was limited parking out back but plenty available on the road. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others. The recommended dish, in my opinion, would be the Bacon Cheeseburger.

We enjoyed a delightful Sunday lunch with delicious homemade Yorkshire pudding and a variety of fresh vegetables. We will definitely be returning. This restaurant offers a children's menu and the average price per person is between £10-20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received top ratings of 5. There is ample parking available, with a free parking lot on the premises.

"I decided to stop here during the return leg of my Christmas bike ride from Brough to Driffield. As a cyclist I love nothing more than a nice coffee and a light bite to help me refuel on a 62 mile ride, (in winter no less) so I was more than happy to see that this cafe has bike storage and a friendly atmosphere to make you feel at home whilst kitted up. The range of food is what you would expect from a cafe, but the portions are nicely sized and the coffee is decent. The staff are also friendly and even gave me some napkins and water to help me wipe the dirt off my bike. There is also plenty of cycling decor for you to gaze at and even a TV downstairs to watch your favourite cyclocross or grand tour races. The only thing I would suggest is having a cloth and some bike cleaner on hand to let people clean their bikes with whilst their waiting for their food to digest if it's a damp day outside. All in all a great place to check your Strava and the carbs they sold me certainly got me back to Brough! Will definatly be coming back next time I'm cycling in the area."

"I brought my non-vegetarian parents to this restaurant for lunch. The staff were lovely and took care of all of us very well. They had new menus, but the vegan options were not available yet. However, they were willing to make anything vegan for me. I ordered the paella, which was already vegetarian and vegan. My mom ate more than she has in a while, so it was a hit with her! It's a great place to come with both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I will definitely be back on my next visit. The only downside was that my parents had a hard time hearing due to the background music and acoustics."

"Came here for tea with a few friends in between Christmas and new years. Would recommend booking in advance as it can get a little busy. The food was lovely and we were not rushed at all. I have a nut and sesame seed allergy and the waiter who took our order was very knowledgable and checked with the chef that my meal would be okay for me to have. There's a car park just outside which is free after 6pm but fairly cheap the rest of the day. Overall would highly recommend and will visit again."

"Today I had my first meal at Cerutti “2”. The entire experience was excellent! There is something a little old fashioned about the event. The welcome I received was fulsome. The dining room is elegant and the food was wonderful. My starter was the fish cakes which were two really light and tasty cakes sitting in a butter and chive sauce. It makes a change not to have to season sauces because they taste perfectly season when they arrive. I could cheerfully have selected anything from the menu for my main course but, as I normally do when trying somewhere new, I chose the fish, chips and mushy peas. It was just about the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. The batter was extremely crisp and as light as a feather. The fish was a thick fillet of haddock, perfectly cooked and served nice and hot. The other extraordinary feature was the price of the meal. Including a large glass of wine and a pot of tea the meal cost me £36. Yesterday, in London, I paid almost twice as much for lunch which included Diet Coke rather than wine. This was my first visit but it won’t be my last. Many thanks."
