(Unless you are getting a muffin, they are quite expensive) Lots of seating at the time we visited (just before the lunch rush) I had a cajun chicken pannini which was lovely. Plenty of filling and came with a side of salad. Service was a tad slow on a hot drink as we were halfway finished before it came out which is why I knocked off a star. Would still go again"

Highly recommend the Cherry and coconut muffin! Coffee (with oat milk) was smooth and generous portion. Plenty of space and corners to sit. AND three choices of gluten free muffins. We had the blueberry muffin. Great texture!

Nice cafe in Romford, good selection of snacks and beverages..if you eat in they normally serve your sandwich or roll heated up with a side salad.and the cappuccino is always very tasty Another tasty double act today, raspberry and white chocolate butterfly

I got a coffee did not serve it to me in a mug very rude walked away from whilst I was mid sentence and I wasn't even being rude they did not tell me they were closing when I bought the coffee both male staff refused to give it to me in a mug I might of under stood this if they told me they were closing I went to sit down 2 seconds later they said they were closing over priced any way for a bad coffee Nd bad service do not go here
