"Greeted well and seated promptly seated on the veranda overlooking the vista around Penne D’Agenais to the south. Given menu, the male server took our order and explained the menu of the day. Each course arrived promptly and was excellent both in presentation and taste, good portion size. Three things in some way spoilt what was a great lunch. 1. I begrudge and won’t pay for bottle of win costing as much a our food for lunch, no carafe available a glass was. 2. The female server was very automated, non verbal and non-smiling (as though she didn’t enjoy her job or being there. 3. On checking our bill we found it wasn’t ours, quickly rectified, this is not the first time of heard of it happening at this restaurant. After my rant I would still go back and would recommend for lunch, but beware."
