"This restaurant is definitely one of the worst I have ever been to. When our booking for the grill was somehow lost, we were redirected to the Beaumont, where we were met with the disappointment of other guests. The kids buffet was terrible, with hard fish fingers and chicken nuggets that looked like paving slabs. The dessert, a chocolate fountain, was full of kids sticking their fingers in it. Our adult meals were equally disappointing - we had to order and pay through an app for Covid safety, and the food was not worth it. The chilli was watery and unappetizing, and my scampi came with quadruple fried chips that were too hard to eat. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks, and no one asked why we didn't finish our food. This experience was not worth the £85 we paid. Overall, a sad and depressing example of British cuisine at its worst."

Stayed between 23rd 26th August 2019. The food in this restaurant was ok. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and busy. Dinner was again ok for a legoland holiday stay.

I had to eat here for 4 meals, 2 dinners and 2 breakfast. Food is average at best, desserts were the only thing above average. Nothing very close to hotel. My wife ate at 1705 for business meal and enjoyed that meal

Nine of us went to this restaurant for a pre-wedding meal and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. If you plan on leaving a tip for the service, it is recommended to do so in cash rather than putting it on a card. Ver carta

The food at this restaurant was excellent. I ordered the braised beef, which was absolutely delicious. It was so good that I struggled to finish the rest of my wife's equally tasty chicken. They have a decent selection of reasonably priced wines. The service was very good; Vicky took great care of us.

During our stay we had breakfast every morning. Although quite full at times the quality of the food was very good and plentiful. Bringing back quality Jams /conserves in individual jars was a nice touch. Service was great considering how busy it got. As with the rest of the hotel there has been a refurb so the whole experience was better than in previous years. If you want a hearty English breakfast ...very recommendable.
