My son is coeliac and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They double checked all the allergen information making our visit as easy as possible. An extra bonus that all the food was delicious! Our server Jo was lovely and an asset to Bella Italia!

Had a lovely meal with my sister on a Thursday evening. We were served by Joanna who was very attentive and cheerful throughout- great hot chocolate service!! The food was good and arrived promptly. Lovely experience, best cheesy garlic bread in the country. Fantastic food and great beer. I would recommend the calamari to start, calzone for main and cookie dough for dessert? washed down with a pint or two of Liza (Lager Italiana Semplicemente Attraente). Joanna our waitress was absolutely fantastic xx.

Ebony was our waitress she was great! The service was lovely took her time was really polite professional would highly recommend coming for food drinks! was great value for money £16.99 for a 3 course meal! Last night, I had a wonderful date with my partner. We received excellent service from a waitress named Kylie. Although my partner's meal wasn't quite up to par, she went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. She even surprised us with a complimentary dessert and treated my partner to a delicious Godfather coffee! Overall, it was a fantastic evening. Ver carta

My kids had their 8th and 6th birthday party today and couldn't thank the staff enough.. They have all been brilliant from day one and do appreciate their support. Would recommend them any day any time for a stress free party.. Thanks guys and thanks to the manager and the team, Chole M was in charge a d can't stress enough how well she did. Had another lovely family meal here. The staff are fantastic. My mum has a complicated allergy and the waitress, manager and chef were so helpful and made it so she could enjoy the meal with us. Jack, the head chef even came out to see us to confirm the allergy and made a special starter for her. Food was generally brilliant. Chloe M was a fantastic waitress who was friendly and helpful. Would 100% come back again.

The food was very good for a restaurant chain, food came very quickly. I've marked the service down, we hadn't booked and although greeted within a minute or two, getting seated took far longer than it needed too as there were 90% free tables! But only two girls working (rotating the bar and tables). I've been here before within the last year and service was excellent. The restaurant has some nice theming, and makes for a good first visit.
